The folks there are really mellow, and have even helped me find peculiar items. I appreciate their help a ton because of my disability. The lighting in there is honestly calming, and isn't like being punched in the retina by blinding fluorescence bouncing off white walls and floors. If I absolutely had to nitpick something, it'd be how the isles are a bit narrow and seem loom over you, but hey! You gotta fit a lot of stuff in a small space somehow!

However, I am very unhappy as being somebody who has worked in retail for over 20 years the past three times I've been there I have walked through the door and the store was not busy keep in mind there was nobody but two more customers in there besides myself and nobody could get off their phone or get away from the herd of Gossip going on and greeted me, nobody has asked if I needed help or offered to help me. As a retail worker of so long that is parsmount keeping your sales up regardless if you're meeting your sales goal or not. Like I said everybody in that store is kind I've never had any issues but when I walk in and there's a herd of employees standing around to the left and I don't get a high welcome to the store or anybody offers to help me with anything I'm a little ticked off but other than that I've never had any other bad experiences I've always had great experiences at the register when I needed to do exchanges Etc hopefully they will coach their staff and in the future they will learn it is a very young store and a very young staff but that's no excuse to have shitty customer service and I feel bad saying that because that is not for every employee just the majority that like to stand in a herd off to the left and completely ignore you when you come through the door this is the third time that it's happened to me was yesterday I did not have anybody ask me how I was doing or welcome me to the store till I got to the back just saying that's not a good way to run a business. They have many drink coolers, probably hundreds of choices, a little grill restaurant, basic groceries, and best of all, a large cigar humidor with lots of choices and good cigar prices.
