On August 29, 2026, at approximately 12:34 AM, I gave the cashier $19 cash for gas at Pump 8. My receipt shows that only $9.78 was actually put on the pump. When I spoke with the cashier, she admitted there was a mistake and told me she would put the remaining $9.22 on the pump. I waited for more than 10 minutes, but the remaining money was never released. I went back inside to ask about my money, and the situation was not handled properly. I am very disappointed and concerned about what happened to the remaining $9.22. I expect management to review the security camera footage, cash register records, and Pump 8 transaction records and provide an explanation. Customers should not have to worry about losing money because of a cashier's mistake. Very poor customer service and an unacceptable experience.

In the meantime, though, I got one of the most delicious cinnamon rolls I've ever had. Very cinnamonny, soft but also chewy, and it was just a delight. I got a side of bacon with it. "side" means like 8 pieces. Lol. Picked up one of their banana puddings, too, because I couldn't resist. And all of it together was around $8. What a deal! They've got other food and the donut case was full of incredible looking donuts, and I'm ready to get back there soon! The only negative thing I would say is that while the toilet and the sink were clean, the rest of the bathroom....needed a paint job or something. Regardless, I was happy I stopped by and definitely will again.
