Told them about the tire and they took a look and said "We'll take care of you" and they did. Awesome the were opened the AM of Christmas Eve (they close at 11am) so I could get this taken care of. No coffee or waiting area but seems like a good little shop. I was in and out for this job in 30-45 mins. Perfect for this tire repair service that I needed. Patched tire, not plugged, and mounted it back on for $15 for my type of car. Would use them again.

They could not fix a kid's PowerWheels, much less an actual motor vehicle. The manager, Clint told me he could fix my transmission and after 2 failed attempts I was still charged almost $3000. I was repeatedly told misleading information pertaining to the progress of the repair. Unless you are willing to burn cash and waste time on very inexperienced mechanics, look elsewhere.

A little later he told her he couldn't find a leak but he rotated them. She left & her car notified her that a tire had low pressure. She went to another tire shop, they found a small nail but that tire was still on the same side & location before stopping at Gate City. He did NOT even rotate those tires. He lied to that precious 86 yr. old lady. What a pathetic, low life!! My brother, a regular customer, spoke to the owner twice about what his mechanic did not do, yet lied to her. He could at least offer to pay my mom back what she had to pay another tire shop to rotate her tires & fix the small leak But he didn't. "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me".

would give no stars if it would let me…read more my car stopped running in the middle of the street. called a tow truck to take it to a shop. the towing company very professional said he would take it to dans. after a few days of it sitting there we go to get our babies car seat out and find that all the trash and belongings are GONE. everything ipods iphones everything gone. they even took a hammer to my ac refill hose so its useless now. dan says he cant fix the van. i go to pay the tow bill and ask where my stuff is and the mechanic says i moved everything that looked of value to the front seat. (mind you they left my car unlocked the entire time). so basically if you take your car here make sure you remove EVERYTHING before it goes. otherwise you will lose everything you own.
