I always get my gas here since it's cheap, but the past two times i've been having issues. The first time was because the woman had just put it on the wrong tank, she may have been new so i'm not gonna be too hard on her. The second time however, I woke up early that morning to grab gas. I went to pump 9, went inside and asked the lady to put 30$ on it. I go back out to pump the gas and it would not let me pump it. I went in and the lady said she didn't know what had happened and she then refunded me and put the money back on the tank. I went out a second time, and again would not pump the gas. I went in again same thing. It took a total of three times to get gas in my car. I ended up being late to school that morning and my refunded money is now pending in my account. This Sheetz will not be my first choice for gas in the future. read more

On my way out of Hagerstown and heading towards Pennsylvania I decided to make one more stop at a Sheetz, at least one more in the state of Maryland. I had no particular reason to stop here other than to stretch my legs for a bit and browse the snacks again. Lot is large, allowing for ample parking and pumps for fuel. Price for fuel is on par for the area. Inside, it is a decent size, but could possibly be a bit bigger. Stocked, organized, and clean. I feel like this location is a spite Sheetz. It is located right up next to a Martin's grocery store. If you ever have come across a Martin's, you almost always see a Martin's gas station as well. This location just dwarves their iteration and far outshines theirs. The lot, as I had said, is large. Along with the ample parking/pumps and decent sized store, they have a car wash as well. With them right up against what is essentially their competition, I suppose they needed to outshine their neighbor. read more

DON"T waste your money on their car wash. I was in Hagerstown yesterday (Sunday June 22, 2025) and bought the $15 wash package as I was filling up. After going through the car wash, my car was almost as dirty as before it was washed. The only thing this wash does is rinse the dust off your car, All of the "road film" was still there. Again, don't waste your money. That's $15 I'll never see again. read more

The absolute worse sheetz I've ever been to. They always serve old food, make your order wrong and then blame it on you and even forget to give you half your order. Oh and the employees are always rude and clueless. read more

I stopped at this Sheetz on 5/1/22 at 6:00 a.m. I ordered a Breakfast Shmuffin. Totally disgusting! The english muffin was not toasted but placed in the microwave. The entire sandwich was cooked in the microwave, including the jalapeno cheese. Needless to say, the cheese was non-existent on the sandwich because it was microwaved. I should have gone back into the store, but since I was making a 11 hour trip, I didn't go back into the store to complain. The woman behind the counter was nasty. Absolutely no customer service. I emailed Sheetz corporate on Tuesday, May 3 to let them know of my experience at this store. I received no response. In the past if I emailed Sheetz customer service, I always received a response within 2-3 days. So much for "made fresh to order". This is the only Sheetz I ever experienced an issue with. read more

Excellent as gas stations go! This is like a 7-eleven on steroids. Hot food line with made to order food, served hot or cold as ordered and FAST! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, salads, sandwiches, burgers, dogs and all the sides! Then they also have your cold cases and aisles which is basically a small grocery store with every basic you can imagine. They also have a autozone aisle! Oh and hey they have GAS! Plenty of pumps which are clean and fast. Love Sheetz. Buying their stock as soon as I can. It's a gold mine. read more

This is a really nice (newer) sheetz however the clientele here is what I would expect to see in Byers market downtown...I avoid it, especially at night. You're better off going to the newer sheetz on eastern blvd by the Benny's pub shopping center read more

I went to Sheetz Store #145 at 18717 Longmeadow Rd Hagerstown, Maryland 21742 on the evening of September 11, 2021. I had $12.13 on a my debit card. I went in, scanned my sheetz card and asked for exactly $12.13 on a pump. Once I got to the pump, I noticed the $.03 discount was not applied. I went in to asked if my Sheetz card scanned through and the boy behind the cash register, refunded the transaction. I told him that if he does that, I would not get my money back for 24-48 business hours. He reversed it before I could even tell him not to. That was the ONLY money I had at the time in order for me to pick my kids up in Waynesboro! He told me to swipe my card again and, as I knew it would, it declined. He got his manager, Robin. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I asked for just a $5 gift card in order to just be able to pick up my children since this was their mistake. She said she could not just give me a gift card. She went in the back to "call corporate". She returned, in very little time, to tell me that I had to call corporate myself. I went outside and tried to call. There were many people in front of me on hold to speak with corporate. I could not wait. I went back in and asked Robin if she was even going to apologize and acknowledge that their store made a mistake. I did not even get an apology. I was standing there in tears, defeated. I had no money and was on empty. I could not even go to pick my children up. She walked away, mid conversation. How heartless. I was in disbelief at the inhumanity. I went to my car and desperately searched for any change I had. I was able to gather about 4 dollars in small change. I went in and a young girl with blonde hair was very sweet. The young blonde counted my change and greatly apologized to me. Robin should take costumer service advice from her young employee. I, at least, wanted some acknowledgment that this was their mistake. Robin and the original male cashier would not even look at me while the nice young cashier was counting my change. I was able to get back home. but was unable to make it to get my kids because I did not have enough gas to get them and make it back home. I do hope this is addressed. Though this was indeed a mistake, and mistakes happen, it could have been handled differently. read more

Their is a supervisor or manager lady with glasses age 50+ during the Epidemic my husband had his ID expired but had a letter from the MVA that is ID was still good for 90 days. Due to the covid MVA was close. Everytime my husband try to get cigarettes she will always give him a hard time. Even tho we are 31 year of age to purchase cigarettes. Until now my husband got an ID does not expired for another 5 years. She be still be harassing my husband still give him a hard time. When another cashier dont be ID other people but when that lady see my husband through the carmera she always tell the cashier to check his ID. When he already purchases them. We both are security guards and we pay are taxes. I wish the General manager will put her on her spot. And stop harrassing my husband. Im currently pregnant my body ask for fruits they never restock the cold stuff. She need to concentrate on her work instead of harrassing my husband. read more

Nice gas station but you can tell that midday on a Sunday is not the best time to go get tea. They were not stocked up on cups and the area was a mess. read more
