The management at store #397 is atrocious. I am a former employee and I do nit reccomend that anybody supports this store. Sheetz is a great company and I have been happy working at several other stores but #397 is not the place to be. Management is neglectful and hateful towards both employees and customers. I have never met a team of such negative and demeaning management, which just feeds off to the employees. The store is not clean either. The kitchen is always dirty and the quality of food is repulsing. They are always understaffed during the busiest times meaning food takes up to an hour to be made at some points. I have never been as disgusted with a work environment or company than I am with Sheetz store #397. read more

2nd hateful encounter with gray headed sheetz lady hardee crossing greenville nc27858 1/10/2023 415pm...i dont know how much that i spend at this store but it's at least $26 daily on cigarrettes...someone needs to tell her that is just as easy for me to drive to the gas station at Bells Fork read more

One morning I stopped by to grab latte. Don't get me wrong. Sheetz serves a decent coffee, and I often get and enjoy their latte. However, this time not only the girl making coffee was super slow but also the latte tasted different. I learned the reason as I was throwing it away-emptying the cup. At the bottom of the cup, there seemed to be 2 inch of coffee bean powders. It was just too disgusting. I am not sure how on earth they let this happen to their customers. I've been stopping here (over 4 yr's now) not just for some of the best gas prices in G'ville, but also for their 'made to order' sandwiches, etc. No matter which staff members I have come in contact with, I've always been greeted in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The reason for my review today, is to recognize 2 staff members ,Tonya, and Patricia, who recently went out of their way to provide 'above and beyond the call of duty' type of service. A week or so ago I came by for gas, put the nozzle in my tank, then went about washing off my windshield, headlights, etc. I was so preoccupied w/out of state business plans, etc., I actually forgot to put gas in my tank. I know that's a totally 'dufous' type of thing to do, and totally my fault for driving off and not glancing at my tank readout until I almost got home. B/c I had just returned from out of state, and it was late, I didn't turn around, and go back to the station (plus, I felt like a total idiot). A few days ago I was back in the station, Tonya recognized me, found her supervisor, Patricia, and then, to my surprise, they gave me back the $ I had spent when I didn't get my gas. I was (and still am) in shock that 2 people who are so very busy, and encounter so many people throughout their shift everyday would actually remember me, and then, take the time and effort to refund my $25.00. I was already a happy customer who prefers to buy gas, etc., from this particular station, but now, for as long as I'm a resident here, I will always make every effort to patronize this station b/c of exceptional staff members like Tonya and Patricia. I hope Sheetz upper management takes the time to read reviews like this and reward phenomenal personnel like these 2 ladies. Job well done, Tonya and Patricia ! read more

I went in for two hot dogs and a water, as I was ordering my MTO Hotdogs I sat and thought for over a minute if I wanted to spend the extra money for chili on my dog, eventually I decided it would be worth it once that chili touched my tongue. After a 10minute wait I drove home, turned on Netflix, leaned back in my recliner, opened up the dogs and was immediately crushed when I saw that no chili had been placed on either dog. I immediately knew I should've stuck to the pre-wrapped protein bar that I had originally picked up before the thought of dogs crossed my mind. read more
