Something is wrong with their automated pharmacy system. I called in a prescription on Wednesday. Their automated system said it would be ready today (Friday). Called back this morning to check on status, it was as if the system had lost the previous request and was now saying it would be ready on Monday. Another time I called in a refill and they said it would be ready the following day but they never followed up. read more

This pharmacy SUCKSSSSSSSSS. The pick up lane is so SLOWWWW! Been in the pick up lane for FIFTEEN MINUTES NOW. And oh--sure open up the SECOND lane but still only having ONE person to work it. Get your prescriptions ANYWHERE else. read more

The pharmacy is horrible. Either they don't know what they're doing, they refuse to give you info on your prescription, have no clue about the law regarding teledoc prescriptions, or just plain lie. I wouldn't even let my xwife go there. read more

Awful service , slow computer system , terrible window attendant, they can't keep track of appointments , but they make you wait 45 minutes in lone to figure this out? Happened to my family twice(once to me a second time to my wife) This was after receiving confirmations for testing vis email. Why a joke. Walgreen's Pharmacy on Fire tower Greenville NC is hands down the absolute worst pharmacy I have EVER dealt with. The RUDEST most condescending pharmacy staff. When calling in rx an needing to speak with someone they huff & puff on the phone as if U are interrupting or aggrovating them. Several med techs I've had dealings with are clueless to medications an rx that I positively know I have on file. It's as if they are oblivious to what's on their screen. Then has the audacity to get an attitude when they realize they are in the wrong.Trust an believe I know the pharmacy system- worked as a pharmacy tech for years. Never been one to complain about a buisness but my husband has had 3 strokes which has rendered his memory almost completely gone and their rudeness and appalling behavior has caused us to have to find another pharmacy after YEARS of being dedicated customers. Time to go when u realize your just before snatching one of those nasty techs across the counter !! Hope their families are never treated the way they attempted to treat my husband during his medical crisis. GOOD RIDDANCE read more

Been using there pharmacy for over 20 years IN MD. They have been great. Moved to the area 6 weeks ago. Poor customer service and leaving to go to CVS. read more

I went to the pharmacy with a friend and they were absolutely rude. The woman who spoke with my friend about getting a flu shot said they didn't really go by the appointments people made. Then why have appointments as an option? Brianna was absolutely rude to a man with hearing aids. She yelled at him the whole time. I will not be coming back due to this poor experience. read more
