Over the pass several months, I noticed this Sheetz location has an increase of alot of activity. This location is used by multiple cars to watching my home (they were provided my address). I know this is true because I have been followed, they drive around my home and the drivers are strategically parked in front of the Sheetz for specific period of time. I am being watched when I leave at a certain time early in the morning and come home in the evening by people parked in the parking lot. I have obtained multiple license plates of drivers who show up watching my residents. Also, I have noticed cars who are allowed to occupy the gas pumps and park without utilizing gas. I spoke with the manager who was rude and yawned while speaking with me and was not any help at all. This creates a unsafe environment for the residents. read more

visited this store #532, have been purchasing cigaretts at this location since opened, well today the Manager informed me while making my purchase that the Winstons by the carton, the discounted packs will no longer be available to me. I purchase 5 cartons at a time, and so I asked, what the difference would be if I bought 1 carton and went to my vehicle, then did this a couple more times. I am a disabled veteran, and have trouble walking. the Manager proceeded to tell me if he seen this he would deny me service. so weather I buy 1 carton or 5, you as a business are making same amount of money and I am only getting same amount of product. If this happens on my next visit I will gladly give my money to another franchise. but I will return to this establishment before I give up. note: that acting manager informed me that this issue was from District Manager, and I appreciate he pre warning me about Denial of service, lost of service is lose of customers, Thank you in this Matter. read more

Sheets at Central Park on Carl D Silver Pkwy has lost my buisness for sure after today!.. I spend in that store daily but no longer due to a Manager named Ashley and the cash register attendant named Kim.. I went in used the atm and proceeded to get 4 monsters which are 2 for 5 and 2 Mellow Yellows 2 for 4.. my daughter picked the Alex Beenie for 5.99.. I paid at self ck out 20.50. I then got my receipt (thank u lord for me aways getting a receipt) I get out to the pumps open my car door and hear someone yelling ma'am.. so I look and Kim screams across from the sidewalk that I did not pay for he Beenie to which I told her no I did pay my child rang it up and I double checked to be sure on the screen.. she said no I'm sure u didn't so I gave her my receipt she looks and says no u didn't.. makes me follow her inside took the toy from child also.. make me pay 6.31 which I ran my card (which u used initially) I go pump then review my original receipt and found it immediately where I infact had paid for said Beenie.. now im hot bc i was embarrassed in-front of eveyone for nothing so i go back in and show her which i dont understand how she cant read a receipt from her own place of employment.. and gave me 6 dollars cash back so i get gipped 31 cent bc her mistake. Ashley the manager is the one who sent her out.. which wouldn't she think to look on the system before accussing smdh.. poor service at its finest and they didnt care they were wrong as i got a sarcastic apology from this Manager.. ill be complaining to the very top neither of these two ladies need a job accusing ppl of something they didnt do is not ok and can end u up on hot water for doing what they did! When they recently build one I was super excited, because I love there made order to food, speciality drinks, and it's a convenient gas station and had a bit of everything. I went into this sheetz. Place two orders, both orders were missing their sauces and dressing. Along with My daughter added money into her cash app. She handed the cashier 12$. Yet only 10$ was deposited on her card. I know there is a 1$ fee. She gave him 12$. So where did her other dollar go that she wasn't given back? I realize she overpaid (she's 13 still learning how to use cash app) When I called to speak to the manager all I got told was there was nothing they could do. And I visit this location very often. It's really sad that they wouldn't replace my missing items even tho I told them order numbers of our food. Nor would they make the money situation correct. I guess I will have to take this further. Love this new Sheetz! It's really nice inside and even has a whole section of indoor and outdoor seating. Giant walk-in beer fridge and quick friendly service, they even have security at night which I really appreciate. Don't forget to get a Sheetz card to save 3 cents off the gallon :D read more

This Sheetz has the cheapest gas in town, currently at $3.29/gal. If you go on weekends, lunchtime or Friday evening there is usually a wait for a pump, but it's not too long and worth it. Other nearby gas stations have lowered their prices to match this Sheetz, but I keep going here to support the original price setter. If you need a restroom, their bathrooms are always really clean too! Way better than your average gas station bathroom and the employees have always been friendly. Easy to get in and out of too! read more
