We…read moredecided to meet with Robert based on a friends recommendation, and now we have the pleasure of sharing our own experience. Robert was very professional from day 1. He met with us, gave us an introduction to the home buying process, explained the role he had with us, gave his insights on the current market, and helped us develop realistic expectations. His responsiveness and honesty really stand out. Whenever we had the slightest interest in seeing a home even if it was simply for learning purposes, he would respond with inside information and help us schedule open house appointments where applicable. On the occasions he was able to join us, he would give us his detailed analysis regardless if it was positive or negative, and it broadened our knowledge significantly in the home viewing experience. There are so many details we simply cannot un-see any more! It was very apparent he wanted to make sure we made the right buy and not just a quick one. When working with us, Robert really treated us as friends and not just clients. In fact, Robert continues to be a resource for us as we quickly learned that home ownership comes with a flood of new information (and scammers!). We expect to have him at our family gatherings and hope to work with him again in the future.

We were meeting Monica through a referral source, our Real estate agent from another state. After our first meeting, she already had me at ease. We had no experience in the real estate market and had no concrete contacts with any realtors knowledgeable about the area. My mother who is a realtor in northern CA called Monica for us and encouraged us to engage her services to help us find our first home. The Los Angeles market is quite competitive even 6 years ago when we bought our first home. Monica met up with us every weekend for many weeks visiting open houses, making offers on homes, and helping us navigate through the sometimes emotional process of getting outbid by other buyers. Monica was always encouraging, caring, and gave us the little kick of reality when we needed it the most. When the offer on our first home was accepted, we were actually sad that we wouldn't see her on the weekends anymore. She had become such an essential part of an important phase in our life. Fast forward six years after our home purchase and we again called Monica to help us sell our house since we were moving out of the area. Monica was responsive, efficient, and personable like she always is and was able to get our house prepped for sale in less than 3 weeks. She managed the clean-up, cosmetic improvements, and staging. After the property was posted and the open house, we received more than 10 offers. The house sold for well above asking and the process to close went smoothly. We would not have been able to get all this done without Monica.
