I'm very squeamish with anything involving drills and teeth, but Dr. Bhatia is compassionate, patient, and makes sure I'm as pain free as possible. There's no other dentist I'd rather go to. my family has been seeing dr bhatia for years! I've literally grown up with her dental office! it's been amazing. I submitted a request because I was in a ton of pain and I got a response not more than 10mins later and was offered a next day appointment because she knew I was in pain. I work for the Police Department so my schedule is not 9-5 but she made a way to see me asap, so efficient! complete and great service and her staff-wow they are very caring. I stopped going for a very long time (don't recommend lol) but she still made me feel so welcome, she knows my anxiety is what keeps me away and did a great job of keeping me at ease. more importantly she knew I was embarrassed but there was no feeling of judgement, just a game plan to get back on track. genuinely love dr bhatia and her staff. they are all super caring and I really do recommend her office. Wow, I forgot what it was like to go to a cash grab dentist- this place reminds me why people don't like the dentist. I have Aetna DMO and have a really great dentist that I've been going to for yearssss. However, my crown of 15-20 years fell out while flossing and my dentist couldn't see me until the next day. I called Sheena Bhatia and was able to get in same day to have the crown reattached. Since my insurance wasn't covered with Sheena Bhatia, they quoted me $150 for the visit, X-rays, and crown replacement. I said sure, they took X-rays, then came the sales pitch. Apparently my crown was installed improperly and the crown that never fell out once in the 15-20 years of it being installed would only continue to fall out. Therefore, they refused to reattach the crown. However, they gave me three different options- get a temporary crown through them ($250) to hold me over until I could see someone else to get it permanently fixed, get a brand new crown through them ($1,480), or to leave without a crown as I'd be "fine" without it on. I called my dentist and they literally told me to get out of there because they were trying to upsell me. I declined any further work from Sheena Bhatia, paid $90, and left after having wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. Although everyone on the surface was nice (front desk girl, doctors), I didn't get the best vibes from the place, and now I see why. I'm glad my insurance was not accepted there - would have been such a headache to have dealt with these people in the long run. Blessing in disguise, really. Go elsewhere! read more

Sheena has an amazing practice in Orange County. The whole staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The whole team asked me how I was doing throughout the whole time. I'm glad I found Sheena's office I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental work. I had some extractions done by Dr. Bhatia, and everything went well. I needed dental implants, and she suggested a plan for me. As per plan I had the implants done outside and waited patiently for the healing period to be over. However, when I tried to contact her office, I was unable to speak with Dr. Bhatia despite leaving almost 10 messages and talking to her assistant. She did not reply or call me back until I expressed my frustration to her assistant. Dr. Sheena Bhatia then called me and informed me that she would not perform any further procedures for me and refused to provide any service. This was the consequence of expressing my frustration. It is unfortunate that it took so much effort to contact her, and I was disappointed with the outcome. read more

I want to start off by saying that I've never really enjoyed going to the dentist because my experience is always bad. But Now i am happy that I have Dr. Bhatia to do any procedure I need. I found Dr. Bhatia a few years ago and I have been very satisfied since my first visit. Not only was she so welcoming but you feel she truly cares about you. Dr. Bhatia is the best, I love her professionalism and gentleness on my mouth. She is so caring and I appreciate that she always asks how I am doing during procedures. I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Bhatia. I highly recommend her and I trust her 100% to do my work. My mouth is very sensitive and I don't feel the pinch/pain when she puts on anesthesia. She's amazing Her staff is also so welcoming and friendly. The only reason why I rate this a 4 and not a 5 is an experience I had with a different dentist. He was just too harsh when he did a crown, but I haven't seen him there anymore so not sure if he works there or not. read more

The staff was super-friendly and nice! The office is very clean and modern. Their equipment and software are up to date, which is an important factor for me. They took pictures and x-rays of my teeth and later showed me which teeth needs treatment using advanced software. I love how they have a TV in each room, so you're not staring at the ceiling the whole time. If you're curious, they have Netflix and Hulu! On my first visit, they walked me through my procedures for the day, explained how to take better care of my teeth at home for the condition it's currently in, curated my treatment plan that works best for me, and broke down the cost of my treatments. 1 front desk, Amanda, is very rude. 2. Amanda lied about billing came from insurance, but she & doctor both actually never verify with insurance company. 3. Refused patient reading the disclosures, but forcing them to sign or doctor won't see the patient. 4. BEWARE OF HIGH CHARGES. Always read your bill & VERIFY with insurance company before paying. Insurance company said Dr. Sheena office never bill them for services they charged patient. Therefore, patient can't get protection from insurance company. 5. Dentist Sheena over protect her staff, even when she knew her staff created liability on her license. She only say will have her staff improve but no intention of replment and honor patient. 6. When Dentist Sheena learned her staff, Amenda's schmem been discovered & confronted, Dr. Sheena told the patient to NOT COMING BACK any more. Refused to schedule any further appointment. 7. Dr. Sheena used staff Amenda as pushy salesperson, giving verbal pressure to patient over 80 years old with minimum English comprehension. Dr. Sheena's staff Jerome already agreed and approved that payment for existing service can be made AFTER the service is completed. However, not in Amanda's book. Dr. Sheena just ignored the facts of patient & her staff's dispute. read more
