I hadn't moved to the area yet and she cleaned my vacant home prior to my move-in. I sent her a ton of photos and details about what I wanted her to focus on and she was very accommodating. She was a fantastic communicator, great attention to detail, and sent me photos and videos after the job. I had a tile cleaner in the home at the same time and she was able to work around him. She spent the entire day cleaning the house and her prices are more than reasonable. I can't say enough; I highly recommend her work and will use her again if the opportunity presents itself.

Cons: - Does not come with door bolts - They have very poor workmanship, bent nails everywhere, staples sticking through walls ready to poke you.. - Doors would not close, so they just hammer the 2x4 until it barely fits.. after 2 days, the doors would not close at all.. - They never answer phone calls or texts!! - I finally called the other location to eventually get a call back.. that was 3 weeks ago.. I am still waiting for doors to be fixed - Door framing is terrible and doors are warped and does not seal.. I eventually got out my circular saw and fixed the doors myself.. Also added additional 2x4 wood pieces to get the door un-warped.. All in all, good value for money IF you can fix the screw ups yourself after the fact... I found ALL my furniture there and it wasn't all country looking!! I bought a couch, bed, night stand, dresser, recliner, computer desk, entertainment stand for the T.V., and mattresses! It was awesome to be able to get everything I needed at one place! Not all the furniture I bought was on location. Some of it I had to order. The good thing is CBS is quick and honest when it comes to ordering furniture. I've read horrible reviews about Ashley furniture and how it takes forever to get your furniture. At CBS, they go to the warehouse every two weeks, so it only takes a week or two to get your furniture. However, if they don't have what your looking for in stock they will be honest with you and tell you they don't have it in stock. I've heard that at some other furniture stores (Ashley) all they care about is making the sale even if they don't have the item in stock. Anita was my salesperson and she was terrific!! She was very helpful and honest with everything!! I couldn't ask for a better salesperson. Like I said, I didn't find everything on site, some of it I ordered. The great thing is they had a huge catalog to choose furniture from and Anita was a great help with that too! The delivery guys took great care of delivering my furniture.
