There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

From the very first message they were punctual, polite, and informative. Like many people we thought we could do all the moving on our own and then it came to the day before we were supposed to be out and everything felt so overwhelming. So in the midst of everything we were also trying to find movers. We greatly underestimated just how challenging of a move this was going to be a black swan genuinely saved us. Not just that, they were genuinely some of the kindest people I have ever met. Even though moving can be an extremely stressful experience, if we had hired them from the beginning it would've gone so much more smoothly. Even though we don't want to move again, it's likely to happen sooner rather than later and we will definitely be booking black Swan again.

Bought a table, had a piece of slate broken. Wasn't told until after setup. Confronted owner only…read moreto be accused and blamed of missing calls from both seller and mover resulting in mover waiting an hour for me. I sent them my cell phone call logs proving I missed no calls, blame shifted to seller. Accused AGAIN of missing a call when she looked at my call log and saw movers number. Almost comically, directly next to his number says outgoing, that was me calling the mover! Excuses are honestly embarrassing. Will post email chain to show my call logs, disproving their lies to which I never got another response. How professional... Some explanations: -Mover didn't repeatedly call. Logs show that. -Not debating the things he told me in person , that's he said she said and I can't definitively prove any of that... -I did use the word scam in first email, felt like it. Wasn't told about broken slate in description. Gets to my house, it's broken and they can sell me another piece. I later apologized for saying scam, said I overreacted. -I didn't cancel order for 3 reasons. 1, it was completely set up on my back porch. 2, I stupidly agreed to him getting me another piece of slate before I knew it would take a couple weeks cause he went on vacation the day after setup. I was getting it re felted 2 days later by another company, and thought they could get me new piece. 3, I was 28 and I've wanted a table forever and I just wanted to play, not cancel and have to wait again. -Calls logs PROVE mover didn't call over and over, and seller never called. Plus she could see we spoke to mover at 3:38, which was me calling to ask where he was, and she knew the job was done somewhere around 4:45-5. So where is the hour he waited? Where are all the calls? Table was broken down and about ready for delivery at 2:17. That's when we got to the sellers house and called the seller. We got home around 3:00 so we were confused why he wasn't at our house by 3:38 so we called him. -And last she says "Then at 3:38 it appears the mover tried to call to let you know they were on their way and to inform you the slate was broken, that apparently was the "missed call" from us." If he called us, the call would say incoming, not Kissimmee. Again that's the last response I got. It seemed absurd how blame got put everywhere but them. Even if seller didn't know slate was broken, the company selling it didn't do enough to make sure I absolutely knew before delivery. Then to top it all off, mover told me a story after setup about him dropping a piece of slate and it breaking on another job he did. The lack of accountability and ineptitude is almost comical. My story is an outlier though, they probably do good work most the time. Just be sure to know EXACTLY what you are paying for before it gets to your house. Good luck
