Just calling my dog obese!!! I wanted to know what happened so I could help her since she could walk on her front leg!!! Accidents happen but they wouldn't own it. I brought her to the Emergency Vet in Toms River since it was a Saturday. The Vet said either she fell off the table and sprained her leg or her leg was twisted from getting her nails cut, but she had a bad sprain and that it would take a couple weeks to get better if not bring her back in. Sent them the bill since she said she would pay for it and she deducted the grooming bill from it. So you admit your wrong, but then charge me for hurting my dog? This is a disgrace of business practices especially one that works with Animals!!!! Thank god my dog is ok now, but your behavior is disturbing when people trusting their animals in your care.

I used to get jealous because he loved her so much! I couldn't even say her name without him going nuts, begging for her! I've had 6 dogs in the last 33+ years and Here Boy has groomed all 6 beautifully! i recently adopted a rescue [American Eskimo/Samoyed mix] who could seem aggressive to others. Here Boy took him and groomed him without hesitation, so I'm not sure why some people gave such negative reviews. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The establishment is NOT dirty, the owner Nancy is phenomenal, and the groomers are all very friendly. I've seen a lot of disturbing videos lately of dogs being mistreated by other establishments/groomers and I have NEVER EVER had to worry about my babies being mistreated by anyone there. I love Nancy and her team and they LOVE dogs! 33+ years of being a loyal client and being treated as such, speaks volumes! But then we found A cute face online and we got our Harley, an 8 year old Jack Russell Corgi mix who's owner loved her but Simply couldn't handle her high energy anymore. That was a few months ago and our girl got shaggy. Checking on line we found local mobile groomer All Breed Mobile Spa! Mike and Jacki are totally Awesome! We were able make an appointment and less than 10 days later our girl looks beautiful. We cannot recommend this mobile grooming team enough.

I can't believe I didn't do this sooner! Not only were they able to trim his nails without any fuss or crying, but they also helped with his shedding and gave him a thorough clean. My dogs would get so excited when I told them Bev was coming. As she took them to the van, they would love her up with licks. When she brought them back to the house, they were always soooo beautiful. The products she uses are great. When there was an occasional problem with the dogs, she took such good care of them. My dogs are now gone, I miss them so much, but I also miss my monthly 'dog chats' with Bev about all the cute dog stories of the past month. Highly recommend !!!!!

I was actually scared to leave my dog there, but being new to the area and not knowing any better, I did. I was charged $70 yes, you read it, to groom a toy size dog. She tried to make extra money off of me by giving the bogus excuse that there was "fine print" on her coupon. My dog came back scared and with ribbons in a male dogs ears. They took a year and a dav to cut out. I wouldn't be surprised if she learned how to groom from YouTube.
