While I was in for my appointment everyone was very friendly and it seemed like a genuinely nice place. Looking back this is probably so I'd spend my money before the rude treatment I received after I stepped out of the door. Not only was my hair what I very specifically said I did NOT want, what I ended up with looked so bad I had to get it redone a few days layers. Another few hundred dollars down the drain. They also refused to cover a second appointment to fix what even the stylist said was "incomplete". I called in reference to my appointment a few days later and was shocked when they put me on hold, and I guess they forgot to press the button, I heard them say rude things about me and how I asked them to fix my hair. I was nothing but nice to them and they did not return an ounce of my kindness. I've never left a negative review like this before but I was shocked at how I was treated here.
