Long story, yes, but just painting the picture that led me to Oomph and my girl Kristin. I decided on a whim three days before I started a new job back in June to start having my hair cut and dyed professionally. I asked some friends for recommendations and perused Yelp, of course. Oomph was highly recommended and bonus was you could book online. I got a consultation for color and a haircut with Kristin. I've now been back two times and I love my hair! The experience is great and I always come out feeling confident and happy. My hair is shinier, softer and more beautiful than ever and I'll never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a salon in the seacoast area, you won't be disappointed. The service and expertise you'll get at Oomph would be hard to beat. All of the staff seem genuinely happy working there and it's just a really nice atmosphere. I can't wait for my next visit when we're going to play around with some auburn highlights.

We talked about my color and cut and Lauren was right on par with exactly what I wanted. She was very nice, welcoming and open to what I wanted. I started with unevenly colored hair, long root growth and old faded dye on the other bottom half. I was looking to be rid of the faded reddish color and start going lighter so that eventually I can have a much lighter brown. The color came out nice! It's a nice lighter brown and looks a lot more even. The haircut was just what I wanted, shorter and a little layering with texture. She gave me options of styling it and parting it differently. I hope some other clients come here to review the folx who really deserve the accolades! The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of work this team does. I see Aly every 6 weeks or so for root touch up, but we have also done highlights and balayages.
