I got the guy in the very first seat he faded me up and paid really close attention to detail! My respects to him! Since this was my first visit, I did not book an appointment through Booksy, but I will definitely do so in the future. Rosa was professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my haircut. The haircut turned out great, and her attention to detail was evident throughout the entire appointment. One thing that really stood out was how Rosa greeted everyone who walked through the door. She made each customer feel welcome, which created a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the shop. That level of customer service and professionalism is something you don't see everywhere. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Rosa to anyone looking for a skilled barber who genuinely cares about her customers. I'll definitely be returning for my next haircut.

Just kinda weird…read more... This barbershop is close to my house and I've never been but was in a pinch. I don't see any hours posted anywhere, but I see a giant bright lit up open sign right above a "walk-ins welcomed" sign. So I'm like "aight bet. I'll give them a shot." I swing by with cash in hand and I'm met with "you a walk-in?" And I said yeah. Then just "oh well we're about to close sorry." So I'm kinda outta luck. Again, I don't usually visit barbershops but this one was so convenient I was hoping to make it a regular spot. Well, probably not gonna happen any longer. I'll just go back to my normal spot in Cypress. 2 stars just cus I don't know the service or how well the cuts are done, but I wasn't even given the opportunity so there's that. Update: Yeah so clearly you can see the response from the owner. The issue here lies with the fact that there were no times posted and when I drove by, since I live in the neighborhood, you were open. Better business practice would be, turn off the open lights...it's very simple. When we ran restaurants, if the open sign was on, we let customers in. Pretty plain and simple. When it was after hours, the sign was off and the door was locked. Lights were on sure, but anyone driving by knew the shop was closed. Take a lesson instead of being super defensive. Adjusted down to 1 star. The reviews clearly indicate a lack of ownership of responsibility. Not coming or recommending anyone ever.

Be advised that if you want to make sure you don't wait schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait for the cut. Me and my brothers have been going here since i started getting a haircut from Jonny. After we moved from Lakewood to West Covina We would still take the 30-45 minute drive to get our haircuts here. Cleanliness, time management, great service and amenities while you get your haircut. Don't just read this and think that you can't have the same experience. I did have a bad experience cause I was late to my appointment but that's my fault. Everyone's time is important so i learned that scheduling a cut with J is a must. In the end i still got the haircut and left a happy customer

I can't speak to the other barbers at the shop, but Johnny is always working on his craft and it shows in the end results. On the very rare occasions that my cut doesn't meet my extremely demanding specifications, Johnny is quick to take note and ensures that my next cut meets my exacting demands. Because of Johnny's skill, he's in high demand, so booking an appointment with him, or any of the other barbers at the shop, is highly recommended. I can wholeheartedly recommend you book an appointment with Johnny for your next cut. He's super professional, great with the clippers and shears, and very welcoming. Johnny makes sure to welcome and greet every customer that walks in and out the door of the shop. Shop takes walk-ins, when available, but most barbers are booked throughout each day.
