One thing I really like is that they actually give you a hard part (a lot of barbers won't do that), and they know how to work around cowlicks so your cut still looks clean. Needed a hair cut and decided to try a new spot. I called a head of time because it was a Sunday…read moreand they said come right on over but it was cash only. Walked in and got greeted by the only barber there. She was finishing up another customer so I waited a bit. Once it was my turn she asked how I wanted it and she said we will take it a step at a time since it was her first time cutting my hair. It was a zero mid fade with scissors on top. Also asked to blend in my beard. As she started another customer walked in and her speed increased. I noticed she kept cutting the top and at times cutting freely with just the scissors. No fingers to guide the length. When she was done she gave me the mirror and asked me to take a look. I asked her to erase more of the lines that should have been gone with the fade. She attempted to do so and asked again. I still seen a line but she then said it was the way of my hair. I walked away feeling that the haircut should have been cleaner and tighter if that makes sense. She also told me Sunday's was $30 for a hair cut but because it was my first time it's $25. Interesting because when I called they said $25 knowing it was Sunday. I came home and looked at it again in the mirror and still seen lines that were not blended in correctly. The top of my hair was different lengths. Some of the back is longer than the front and one side of the fade is higher than the other as well as the line up. Maybe it was an off day or maybe she felt rushed. The good thing is hair grows back. Would I try this place again? Who knows! Maybe with a different barber. As of
