They are window installers, I dont care who kicked you to the curb, its what you do, you are a window contractor, I told you that I'm not asking for a free ride, just fix my window , Ill pay. However, I took a chance on this business and was more than satisfied. My first sign was the directness in the response. I needed a simple job done, I just didn't want to do it myself as I worried about screwing it up. I needed a replacement interior bathroom door installed in a doorway that was an odd measurement, so I needed it special ordered and installed. 2 different businesses told me that they didn't do that kind of work (despite the simplicity) and 1 refused to give a quote and instead gave me his hourly rate without an estimate on how many "hours" it would take. This business gave me a quote right away that was competitive. The owner also advised me that he would order the door, it would arrive next day, and the day after that it would be installed.
