With Michele, her passion for esthetics and her client's needs are so evident not in how she talks, but in every part of each service. I have had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Michele. If I get cancelled on last minute, twice in a row, and you can't accommodate a new reservation, give your customer a discount or a free hair product. Not an attitude. Thankfully, I was able to find a place in the area that took me last minute so I will be paying them from now on.
