If you will be sitting for more than 30 minutes, bring something soft to sit on (preferably with a back). 2. Is often times sunny in Colorado and the metal bleachers reflect sunlight like no other. Wear sunscreen and maybe a hat. 3. Ample parking, but only one way in and out of the main parking lot. Plan accordingly. 4. The restrooms are fairly large and clean. All in all, Echo Park Stadium is a good location to watch an amateur sport or attend a graduation.

And there are multiple buildings to browse on the complex. It's great for variety and to get a good bit of walking in. The seats inside the main building aren't too comfortable as they're a hard plastic, but they get the job done. And you can't complain when you have a good view from every spot. All in all, I'm a fan of The Coliseum. It's certainly not a venue to miss when something cool comes to town.

I have never been so uncomfortable at an event like this. The temperature inside was absolutely ridiculous, and it got to the point where I had to step outside multiple times just to cool myself down enough to feel like I wasn't going to pass out. The craziest part is that it was 93 degrees outside that day, and somehow stepping outside into 93-degree weather actually felt BETTER than being inside the building. That should tell you everything you need to know about how hot they had it in there. I understand that large venues can have temperature-control issues, especially when you have a lot of people packed into one space, but this was way beyond just being a little warm. It was genuinely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sit through the ceremony. And then, on top of having the building unbearably hot, they had the nerve to charge $8 for a small bottle of water. When people are sitting in a ridiculously hot building and are having to go outside just to cool down, charging that much for such a small bottle of water feels absolutely outrageous. At that point, water should basically be considered a public service. I understand that venues charge more for concessions, but $8 for a small bottle of water when everyone is struggling with the heat was just ridiculous. Unfortunately, the staff didn't really help improve the experience either. Some of the workers came across as pretty rude and pushy, which just added to the overall frustration. When you're already uncomfortable, overheated, and trying to get through a long graduation ceremony, having employees who aren't particularly friendly or accommodating can make the experience feel even worse. The one and only thing that made the whole experience worth it was being there to watch my sister walk across the stage. Seeing her graduate and being able to celebrate that accomplishment with her was obviously the highlight of the day. No matter how uncomfortable the venue was, I'm glad I was there for that moment and got to support her. Other than that, though, I can't say I had a great experience here. Between the extreme heat, ridiculously expensive water, and the attitude of some of the staff, there were just too many things that made the day more difficult than it needed to be. Hopefully I won't have to come back here anytime soon, but if I do, I'm definitely bringing my own water and preparing for a heat wave.

Today's occasion was a club level suit for a friend's birthday and it was also Rocky's birthday as well. Quite memorable as you can see, the suite had food and drinks while the club level offered additional food and drink options. Many lounges, walk up bars and food stands to satisfy any craving. The atmosphere was electric and we have the best fans! Let's Go Mile High City!

Ballpark #11!…read more Several years ago, I decided I was going to try to see a game in all 30 MLB Ballparks. Life has gotten in the way the past 2 years, but I finally got to fly out to Denver for a quick trip just to see a game at Coors Field and I absolutely had a blast! I grabbed a ticket for section 235 and was very happy with my seat! Perfect view of the game from behind the 3rd base line. Plus, the weather couldn't have been better that day! These seats reminded me a lot of the seat I had at Nationals Ballpark. Every single employee I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. I could not have asked for better service as far as that goes. Concession prices are what you think they are going to be. A Coke Zero and a Bavarian pretzel cost me roughly $18. lol Whatever. How do you go to a ballgame and NOT enjoy some fun food? :) As for the game itself, it started out pretty brutal for the home team going down 11-1. Then about the time I start exploring and walking around the main concourse, they start scoring to keep it fun and interesting. They lost 12-8, but 20 runs of offense was a lot of fun to watch! :) I always get a shirt and a hat from every ballpark, but these prices are brutal and that's even factoring in I'm expecting it to be pricey. $50 for a hat and $50 for a t-shirt. Sheesh. Their hats cost the same as the Dodgers when I went. That is wild to me, but ok. lol Coors Field was every bit as fun as I was hoping it would be! This is one of those ballparks I would love to come back to one day. You know, after I see #30! 5 stars.

I have been to a few MLB parks. Coors Field is fairly nice and has lots of food and drink options. I was a bit bummed with the NA selection, especially since Coors sells two different NA beers of their own. You could only really find NA options at one or two vendors in the whole park. Regular drinks could be found just about anywhere. I didn't try any of the food aside from the frozen cheesecake on a stick, which is as good as you'd think it was. The restrooms here are kind of a bummer. They are outdated, and the women's lines were out of control. The sound quality for a concert was good, and luckily we had great seats, though some of the seats were literally behind the stage, and you certainly could not see anything from them. I am glad we didn't buy those seats! The iconic purple row of seats is a fun easter egg of the stadium, and I thought the overall aesthetic was good. I can't comment on parking as we walked over from a friend's place who lives nearby, but it's super walkable from Union Station and downtown, even from RiNo if you're up for a bit longer of a walk. Overall, a nice ballpark. I would return for a baseball game, with the hope that it was not as insanely crowded as this Noah Kahan show.

A couple of things kept it from being five stars. The restrooms have some seriously inconsistent water temperatures - one faucet can be scorching hot while the next is practically shooting ice water. Also, if you're down on the floor for a concert, it can get very warm, especially when you're toward the bottom where the air seems to get trapped. A strong breeze can make all the difference. Pro tip - empty water bottles are allowed. You can fill them up at the water stations. Not very many of them but they're available. Still, the venue is straightforward to get around, and seeing a legendary hippy band there was a pretty memorable experience.

Pretty green seats that say Colorado, a cool roof that covers fans, etc. But it's an absolute shell of what it could have been especially compared to other MLS stadiums from this era. The concessions are lackluster (much like Sofi in Inglewood) the bathrooms have nice functioning ads above the urinals that are in poor shape, and there simply aren't enough water refill stations for 27,000 people. Additionally, this venue was extremely understaffed. They had unsafe conditions for getting fans in that prioritized profits over people. When I witnessed someone have a medical emergency the limited staff struggled to secure the scene. It's an absolute joke and embarrassment that a man who can afford billions to buy a baseball team can't afford enough staff at this existing dumps. At least the venue sounds decent for music. Perhaps this place used to be great, but Colorado sports and music fans deserve better than what I experienced here in 2026
