I think many people did just that, which leads me to a word of advice for whoever was controlling the music - be sure to play the clean versions of songs! We were there on a Saturday and it was comfortable with six kids and twice the parents. Crafts are meant for older kids. I bought a craft ahead of time as an add and start to finish it was a disappointment. The staff didn't notice when we came in, so when I asked at 30 min left she had to clammer around to get us setup. The paint bottle said tie dye and was watery and should have been used as such, not with paintbrushes or pipets like what we were handed. Everything ran and you see the result. She kindly dried them for us with a hairdryer by hand so I guess this is the real product. I expected cheap hats but they were adult sized and so flimsy I'm not even doing one cute picture in these. I'm disappointed in the service because she noticed our little girl was too small for gloves and said so but didn't offer alternatives and just said be careful it stains. We would have had a much better experience if she had recommended the slime instead. We were jealous of the other parents who she also neglected until last minute who obviously enjoyed an appropriately aged craft.

The complex includes the Mainstage Theater, an intimate proscenium stage with 534 seats, a spacious art gallery plus extensive wall space for art display in the theater lobby, a 3,000 square foot event room, and the beautiful west terrace which has access to both the theater lobby and the event room. The classroom wing includes a dance studio, two creative studios, and two discovery labs. Parker Arts runs an extensive program of theatrical performances, art shows, and classes. All parts of the complex are available for rental for events from weddings to business conferences. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a parking ramp is under construction (May 2025) just to the east.

Coming from CA, the first thing we appreciate is the bang for your buck you get as a Summit member at this club. For vastly less money, we have access to 2 country clubs, better food at both, & 2 courses that don't look like they're one drought day away from being a sea of dead grass. When we signed up for our membership they even gave us a deal where we got a couple months free! I know my husband will say the golf was the most important factor for him in a club but it was the food for me. The menu's are not snooty & boring like our old club; we have a ton of fun choices & everything tastes fantastic everytime. I also love the clubhouse; it reminds me of the Grand Californian Hotel in Disneyland. We also love the course which is kept beautifully. The staff here are also SO genuinely nice & helpful. If I had two small knitpicks it would be that I wish there were more fruity cocktail options on the menu & that it was easier to get out onto the golf course (Summit membership helps mitigate this last one a lot). They hold so many tournaments on the weekends in the summer that it's hard to get out there & it books up fast regardless. However, just goes to show how beloved the course is!

While the tennis courts aren't great, the golf is fantastic and is a big part of what SGCC has to offer. It is, after all, a country club. This is a very nice little country club, tucked away among the residential neighborhoods of Southglenn. It's not big or fancy, but the memberships are some of the best value for recreational facilities in the area. They've got a 9-hole golf course, regulation-length swimming pool, and two tennis courts. The staff are very friendly and accommodating; the whole place is run with a very personal touch. The grounds are beautiful and lush, with mature trees and gorgeous flowerbeds; it's like a little slice of the countryside embedded in the heart of the suburbs!
