We attempted to go on Saturday 10/24. There was a very long line to get in but we decided to try it. Here's the main problem. We are still very much in a pandemic. People were standing way too close in line. Many people did not have masks. My husband asked a maskless- family behind us in line to step back because they were way too close. While waiting in line, we saw a "wagon ride" go by. They were packed in and a lot were not wearing masks. There were way too many people in the actual very small "farm." If you care about your health and the health of others, do not go here during Covid. They clearly do not enforce any sort of mask mandate. We had the best time here with my three and one-year-old. They have the best petting zoo that we've ever been to. We probably stayed in the petting zoo for a good 45 minutes. They had jumpy houses, a duck race with water, and big swings for my kids to swing on. We did the tractor ride and enjoyed the straw maze. At the end the kids got to pick out mini pumpkins that were included in the price. And it was a fun day for both of them. We went during the week and it was no overly crowded. Came here for the food trucks. When we went there was only two food truck, I don't know if this is normal or not, but there is a big shaded tent to eat and a bounce house for kids, which is nice. They had a pizza truck (Colorado pizza co) and a Mexican fusion place that was great! We will definitely go back and eat here for lunch again. It is on Wednesday and Friday's from 11-2. read more

There are quite a few activities for everyone here and the fair food you expect. You even get a free tiny pumpkin or gourd to take home.

We paid $48 for my wife, my toddler and myself to get in. Everything else inside is an ADDITIONAL cost as well, and overall was of poor quality. Would not go back. They charge 3-year olds $16 to enter...that tells you a lot. Once inside, you can choose from several underwhelming activities, such as: (i) a wobbly play structure with one small slide and swings (nobody used it the entire time we were there); (ii) vats of corn kernels with a bunch of older kids flopping all over each other; (iii) half a PVC pipe with a water pump, pumping dirty water for kids to float rubber ducks down (in our experience it was mostly unsupervised kids pushing and hitting other kids and taking their ducks); (iv) a depressing petting zoo with a few goats (at an extra charge); or (v) a VERY dirty bounce house. We could not get out of there fast enough, but our toddler wanted pumpkins so we ended up spending another $30 or so (total with admission coming to about $80) for 3 pumpkins that are just OK. For 2 adults 2 kids you pay $65 just to get in after waiting in a super long line...then you wait in extremely long lines to EVERYTHING that you have to pay MORE for! You're going to drop HUNDREDS of dollars and kids were next in line for the bungee jumping waiting over an hour there's no sign or anything that they take breaks at certain times they should at the least alternative staff and rotate break times right before my kids were about to go they just shut and down and walk away and say it's break time. The pumpkin patch, corn maze, and little kid activities were perfect for our 2 year old. She had a really good good time. I do wish there was a bigger staff by all the bounce houses and activities. Absolutely go to Anderson Farms instead. We decided to switch it up this year - lesson learned! Ahh well, kids had fun just the same.

We drove 50min to get there with a toddler only to be turned away. They don't sell tickets in advance so there is no way around this.

Looks like a fun time, Airsoft is 25 bucks and they give you a mask and a gun and bb's...They have a great turnout on Saturday morning. There's a shooting range obsticle course stuff like that... I've never been but my 13 yr old has been a few times for birthday parties. read more

Looks like a great place for kids, but for a cute fall date for my fiancée and I in our twenties it was a bummer. The patch was very small and there wasn't many pumpkins to pick from. The parking lot was blocked off even though it was half empty and we had to park in the parking lot next door and walk over. This was my second visit here within 4 years. It is a quaint little fall experience with a city. It was rather ho- him for a high admission price. Even our 3 year old was 14 dollars. Great haunted walk through !! Reapers Hallow at night is $15 on Saturdays and $12 every other night. Open from 7-12 it's worth it ! You start inside then go outside and back out and so one. It's about 1/3 inside, 1/3 outside, and 1/3 of corn maze. A fun long walk which is nice considering you have to stand inline. They will let you go in groups of 2 or 3 all the way up to 7 people. Actors are very in their parts and it's lots of fun and creepy. I wouldn't say really scary but defiantly creepy with frightful parts. $11 to go through a two minute bale maze, look at about twenty pumpkins that are the same size as the ones at King Soopers only 5 times as expensive, wish I could buy food but the stand was closed and then to top it all off; get insulted by an incredibly rude employee. To elaborate on that last part; a couple of my 13 year-old friends were bouncing on the bouncy castles when an employee began to yell at them because it's for kids 12 and under. They got right off and the employee walked away while saying "Go back to school and learn how to read signs." I'm in shock that an employee would treat customers this way. Don't go here unless you like wasting your time, wasting your money, and getting your intelligence insulted. This is not worth the money. My 3 year old even had a $15 admission fee. Once in, you had to pay extra for the jumping activity, extra for the nerf gun (extremely pathetic set up) war. You had to pay for the pony ride. All added fees would have required more than $100, including the entry fee. The pitiful petting zoo had a small selection of animals in cages (not able to touch). Families are struggling enough and this just felt like multiple companies coming together in the name of making money and not providing an enjoyable, affordable family activity. A quaint little farm right here in Parker with delicious local honey (like you haven't tasted before). They have a little playground (which doesn't look super safe, so we passed on that). They also have fall events. They have a small shop with things for sale, and heirloom seeds. If your looking for some great local honey right in the heart of Parker give them a try. read more

We went to the haunted corn maze "Reapers Hollow" last night which is very exciting for someone who doesn't do the "scary scenes on Halloween". This is inside the Flat Acres Farm. The line is very long getting in, but there is hot cocoa, hot apple cider and a food truck for while you're waiting. The actors weren't extremely gory, and it was just the perfect amount of scare. It wasn't in and out really fast either, we had a GREAT time!! Highly recommend as you're getting a pretty great deal for the price. read more

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL. Extremely run-down and unsafe, surprised they are allowed to operate legally actually. We just moved to Parker and thought it would be a fun place for family get togethers, etc. We were so wrong, we have been there 2 times (once in May of 16 and once last month) and both times the staff was visually irritated, cursing in front of children (paying customers mind you) and just seem to hate their customers based on their interaction. We went there today to make a reservation for my kids birthday party but did a quick about face when I saw the facilities in the daylight. The haunted house or whatever they are calling it is truly reminscent of a shantytown, including the squalor. Too bad, it is convenient but not worth the risk of health/safety and certainly not worth the money to use decrepid facilities staffed by people who clearly do not want us there. As I was inquiring about the group reservation, I was unaware of what my elderly uncle experienced. A staff member lambasted my uncle who brought his dog and was walking around the open fields East of the so called "pumpkin patches", a distraught woman raced up to him and began berating him because he walked with his dog to the overgrown, open, unfenced/unsigned field claiming he was "sh*tting all over the place" (He is a trained service dog BTW). I get the sense they are farmers w/out people skills and are on their last leg financially, that's what it appeared like. Truly a place to avoid if you are looking for safe and wholesome family entertainment - many other places in Parker to spend your time and money. However, if you want to watch the staff berate and belittle their customers and smell some Skoal....it could be entertaining. read more

Been there twice, staff were rude and charge the same price regardless of many things not working or unavailable because of the weather. Asked for a rain check after being there for 10 minutes and they wouldn't give it too me even though they put all the animals away and closed lots of the features. SO we just made the FUN adventure to Flat Acres Farm in Parker where we thought we would be greeted by a haunted house. (as stated on their website the day before Halloween) When we arrived, we quickly realized that we were the only people there and that we should find plans elsewhere. We stayed in the parking lot (safely :))))) and googled another haunted house when a large red truck approached us. He asked why we were "trespassing" and proceeded to use profanity and was ABSOLUTELY and COMPLETELY disrespectful as we tried to explain our situation and quickly left his property. As someone who has frequented flat acres farms as a child I was very surprised by this interaction which is truly the only reason that I felt that this story was worth sharing. We went to the farm with no intention but to attend the haunted house and pay the price and instead were greeted with hostility and threats. I find it silly that something that is COORDINATED that sets SIGNS out on the MAIN ROAD advertising a business' HAUNTED HOUSE that is incorrect in their dates and time. We have gone to their pumpkin patch for years now and always look forward to the experience...this year it wasn't what we come to expect. We love giant pumpkins, the bigger the better. We even bought pumpkins from them in the past that required a forklift to put them in our vehicle. This year, though they had plenty available, (nothing large enough for a forklift though) they were priced really high. I realize it isn't everywhere that you can find giant pumpkins but they shouldn't be that expensive. We ended up across the street at Walmart and found pretty sizable ones there too, for a fraction of what they wanted. We bought five very large pumpkins and three good sized pumpkins for less than we would have paid for one. read more

Today was my first visit to Flat Acres Farm. And my last. I went with a friend and our kids. The pumpkins we purchased were 3 for $10, so my friend and I split the cost. After our purchase, we were given one sticky note that said "PD" on it. My friend had the sticky note and left prior to me and wasn't asked for this receipt. When I left the farm, however, I was asked by 4 different staff members, including both owners of the farm where my receipt was. They didn't believe me when I told them I had paid and accused me of stealing pumpkins. The owner said, "I even asked my cashiers and they said you did not buy your pumpkins". This was made to be a long process for which I was wrongfully accused of stealing and humiliated in front of plenty of people, staff, and my kids who were actively watching and listening to all this taking place. To the owners of Flat Acres Farm: This is NOT how you should treat your customers!! Perhaps you should reconsider your check out process so that you are not accusing your paying customers of stealing. I spent over 4 hours at your farm today and spent much more money than those pumpkins for which I paid for. Fortunately for the Denver community, we have many choices in the fall to take our families. I strongly encourage all to choose elsewhere, as I certainly learned today that I will not be returning to your facility. Sadly, you lost (an actual) paying customer. Maybe you should call your colleagues over at Anderson Farms and learn something about customer service and place a sticker on each pumpkin purchased at your farm. read more
