So we're do I begin I was almost involved in a accident on I-75 September 23 2024 at around 2:45 pm! With a shea parts runner ie; blonde female driving a marked white Silverado! So I called and talked to a service center person whom directed me to JP! who was most helpful after telling my story and he agreed some sort of service would be free on shea! I was thinking big he offered oil change at the time I wanted rust proofing. So today I'm cashing in the oil change and they gave me some grief and said there was no record! So I found the old voice mail from jp. What I'm so unhappy about when I came here for the freebie they wanted to charge me 90$ to undo a zip tie that holds my block heater cord to the frame of the truck! I scheduled my service date on Shea's website. Got an appointment, came in for my service in they service department and was told they couldn't get to my vehicle for 3 days. Requested a loaner. No loaner vehicle due GM's chip shortage. I explained to the service advisor I couldn't be without my vehicle. For that long. If your planning on serving your vehicle, my recommendations is to go to another dealership for your warranty service and any other services. Anyone outside Flint area for your service needs. No one offered any other transportation needs. I moved here last year for Las Vegas I have a RAM 1500 and if I needed service the dealership provide and loaner or a rental vehicle for the time my vehicle was being worked on. I purchased a 2024 GMC Hummer from Shea GMC. I noticed that the car had a chip on the hood and another chip and the lower area of the vehicle. The sales person assured me that these issues would be fixed before I took delivery of the vehicle. When I picked up my new vehicle the flaws were not fixed. The salesman apologized and assured me that he would send me touchup paint to correct damaged areas of the Hummer. The dealership asked me to fill out a survey which I did. I did not know the flaws that were on the vehicle, I gave the dealer glowing reviews. This was a huge mistake. After four follow up conversations with the salesman he has still failed to send me the touch up paint. I spoke to the sales manager and the told me he would make sure that the paint was sent out immediately. Three months have passed and the salesman and manager have still have not made good on their promises. It is absolutely incredible that I spent well over six figures on my vehicle and it was delivered to me damaged and after 3 months the dealership has failed to fix the issue. read more

Sales staff rude. Clearly they don't need the business. They treated me like I count afford a vehicle. Sales guy gave short and choppy answers. Did not offer me a seat in his office. I asked for another sales rep. He was better but when I needed a quote he was just as rude as the first guy. I was very unsatisfied and decided to go elsewhere. read more

I was looking at purchasing a vehicle from here and the sales rep took my current truck to the used sales manager to have it looked at, I went outside while waiting and saw them flooring my truck around the parking lot. My truck is a 2021 Ram TRX it's a 702HP truck that's very expensive, when I confronted the sales manager that was doing this he said he didn't have a vehicle like this with the different drag racing modes and he was "testing" them! I don't care what you do after you buy my truck but to do this before you buy it is just disrespectful and completely unnecessary! I took my keys and left, will not come back. read more

My daughter's Buick was totaled in an accident. As it was a hand-me-down, she was not used to the whole "search for a new car experience." She gave me her criteria for what she was looking for and we found the perfect vehicle on line at Shea. When we went to check it out, we were greeted by Byron who would eventually be our go-to guy. My daughter, although impressed with the vehicle, (a 2015 Chevy Equinox), she did want to look around as it was the first vehicle we had looked at. We were surprised when Byron had told us to take the Equinox while we checked out other dealerships. We did and eventually did settle on the Equinox. There were a few things that I was concerned about, (missing hold-down hardware for the spare tire, a bolt in one of the tires and two questionable key fobs.) I talked to Byron about my concerns and he asked if we could give him a few days to try and fix them. We picked up the vehicle a few days later with all issues corrected, including TWO BRAND NEW KEY FOBS!!! I was honestly surprised at what he did for us. He earned all future business from us. Bought a new car from shea automotive very poor service, had to wait over an hour for two screws for my license plate and after failing to fill out their survey correctly they are reneging on their free oil change program can never get through to anybody when I try to call and when I leave a message nobody returns my phonecalls I would not recommend this dealership to anybody hopefully they go out of business soon read more
