The only thing that prevented me from hiring them was that the facility/venue of the event could not provide a stable internet connection for the livestream. This through no fault of their own. If the venue could have been more conducive to support a stable livestream feed, they would have been hired. The value of their quote was fair, and the service they are able to provide would have been more than adequate.

I'm not a natural model so I didn't know how to pose. I was new and my body was not used to being in front of the camera naturally. But every step of the way, Josh was there being patient and guiding me. For the engagement pictures, due to Josh's expertise and experience, he knew where to go for the best pictures. But if you already have a list of places you want to go, he is open and willing to go to them. To give you an idea of the places he has in his pocket, he took me to Santa Monica Beach and the Venice Beach Canals (who doesn't get their pictures here, right?). But the kicker was this beautiful nature park that literally looked like a rain forest! As for the big wedding day, Josh was the first person there capturing moments from beginning to end. He also had a partner with him to ensure everything was caught. He knew what to do and what type of pictures to take. There were several moments when he told me to do something and thought to myself, "Oh yeah! That's right. I see those wedding pictures all the time!" I just felt bad for him and his partner because they couldn't sit down and eat. They must have been hungry from running around all day! Now as I reflect back and write this, it's been an unforgettable year full of joy and blessings. I appreciate the big moments in my life, but I realize the little moments are just as valuable, something we neglect when we are younger. I have already begun a new chapter in my life, and I can't find a better way to end my last review of 2013, but to write this for him.

We had a very small, intimate backyard wedding. Our wedding photos came out so beautiful and the video highlight reel transported us back to that day, bringing all the feels along with it. I really loved Anne's communication, especially with our phone call a month before the wedding to work out the kinks. Absolutely ADORED her direction day-of. No wasted time and she made us look great in every photo! David was so slick with the camera work as well, half the time we didn't even know he was there! Kim did an amazing job editing our highlight video and really captured all the details in 3 minutes. He synced it well with the music we chose too (Birds of a Feather by Billie Eilish). I chose Anne and Dave as the videographers for my March 2023 wedding for two main reasons: (1) they…read moreoffered a video package that I wanted, that few others did, and at a reasonable price. It was really important to me to have a copy of the raw footage from my wedding, because I knew I was going to be too busy to remember the ceremony and the toasts, and all those other important moments. Anne and Dave offered a package that included this footage, and at a reasonable price. The other videographer I had found who offered this was charging an exorbitant amount. (2) I spoke with Anne before hiring her, and I really liked her. She responded to my email inquiry very quickly. When we talked about their packages, she gave me her honest opinion--that, for what I was looking for, one of their cheaper packages would be sufficient. She could have tried to upsell me, but the fact that she didn't showed me that she has integrity. I also just really liked her energy when I spoke with her. She seemed really earnest, cheerful, and supportive. I'm so pleased with the work that Anne and Dave did. They arrived early to the venue and worked nonstop until after the first dance. Our photographer seemed to enjoy working with them, to the extent that I thought they were already friends (but they'd all just met that day). Anne and Dave both had good suggestions for certain shots they wanted, and even recommended some shots to the photographer. Lastly, there was a point before the ceremony where I was extremely stressed and frustrated, and Anne came over under the guise of fixing my necklace, but I think she was also trying to help me take deep breaths. She wasn't being condescending or anything, it was just a natural extension of her calm energy. That moment helped ground me, and helped me feel like I had someone supporting me. I could cry just thinking about it, because she knew what I needed in the moment. We received our highlight video less than 2 months after the wedding, and it's so cute! I'm excited to go through the raw footage next. This experience has been 100% positive.
