I have never felt that, especially meeting a stranger and being so open and vulnerable the first time, but something just happened that made me trust her wholeheartedly. Maybe it's because I could feel/sense how much she cares, her kindness, her good nature and willingness to help. I can honestly say Michiko has been the biggest if not the only reason why I am doing so much better compared to a year ago and to be honest I never thought I would get here. I have learned many things about myself, I have learned how to cope with life and certain situations and people, how to set boundaries among many other things. Personally, I can say that Michiko is the best in the game and I want her to be my therapist for life. Seeing her has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Honestly, there are so many more wonderful things that I can say about Michiko and how much she has helped me, but it would take me days and I wouldn't have enough space to write it all here. She does not give just any pat answer or response for individual issues and instead uses insightful empathetic and intuitive guidance that seems to cut directly to the heart of a situation's resolution. From the staff who could give a shit what you're going through to the doctors who fight you about medication that you need to the beds that are straight from prison and the food that is absolute donkey snot. Then you have the so-called therapy that is an absolute joke and weekends they just leave you to be absolutely bored out of your mind because they don't have anybody working on the weekends so you're literally when you need help the most mentally they leave you to just soak in your misery I literally left ADA and walked away on feet that's how bad it was. Do not go there do not waste your time do not waste your money or your insurance going there it's an absolute waste and it's definitely an emotional trauma.
