I have on video, a security guard who threatened to throw those court documents out into the trash along with sentimental items that were left for my loved one that have in the past comforted him. I have also handed out their resource cards to homeless individuals, only to learn from one of the individuals that Phoenix Rescue Mission does not really help them. I'm led to believe him given that they did not respond like the website says. The financial donations I have given to Phoenix Rescue Mission will cease, as this is a disappointment to me. I thought they really cared and wanted to help those in need. It seems like they're for profit $, rather than not.

Upon receiving this kitten, I noticed that it had the genitalia of a boy. The male kitten also had a dark bump in his eye. This was unintentional so I was not upset with her about this happening. However what upset me was that she was not willing to refund me the $75 I paid to have a female orange kitten. She expected me to donate my money to her even though I did not receive what I expected. She did not fulfill her side of the contract by providing me a female orange kitten (as advertised), and yet I don't get my money back. It's not like I got what I expected and then suddenly decided to change my mind. PLEASE stay away from adopting from this rescue. She will scam you your money even if she is the one in the wrong. Also the reviews left on yelp for her lash business are so bad as well, I honestly should have trusted my gut feeling when I saw those bad reviews.
