They charge $10 a person to get in as a cover, and we found out that the air conditioning in the building was broken and they should've customers that before hand and also should not have a fee to get in to come into a place with no air only had two or three fans going on inside the whole building building for the whole night. Very unprofessional, the air broke and two still charging people to come in at a hot establishment, not being made aware of the condition that the establishment is in. We stayed for about two hours at the max to order our food and listen to some good music and then we left to go somewhere else because it was extremely too hot in. The future, the business owner and staff workers should make it prevalent that all guests are aware when there's an issue going on in the building and or to close the establishment until the issue is resolved no restaurant or business without air conditioning in the summertime when the weather is over 110° daily.

Requesting immediate investigations into this facility…read more I was required by court and law to serve my loved one with court documents and informing him of his obligations to come to court on a petition I felt necessary to protect him. I have on video, a security guard who threatened to throw those court documents out into the trash along with sentimental items that were left for my loved one that have in the past comforted him. These items are what remain of his deceased parents and include his grandmothers urn. Despite police confirmation he is there- This facility does not act in their residents best interest even when on video.

I have also handed out their resource cards to homeless individuals, only to learn from one of the individuals that Phoenix Rescue Mission does not really help them. I'm led to believe him given that they did not respond like the website says. The financial donations I have given to Phoenix Rescue Mission will cease, as this is a disappointment to me. I thought they really cared and wanted to help those in need. It seems like they're for profit $, rather than not.
