Both very friendly. We sat down and shared some stories over an adult beverage at the bar. Carol gave us a lodge pin to add to my friends collection. We really admired their display of pins from around the country. They have darts, table shuffle board, music, and holiday social gatherings. Parking lot is ample for the small club. Certainly a great place for any Elk's member to stop in and enjoy. Thank you for the hospitality.

Mariners fans, here's your guide to a great day at the park…read more Head to the stadium early to watch the guys at the practice fields. It's free, and gates open at 9:30. See dozens of players on the various fields throwing pitches, fielding balls, and taking batting practice. On game day, the guys wrapped up practice around 11:50, so I recommend getting there at least by 11. Don't miss doing this--it's just as entertaining, if not more entertaining than the game. Where else can you see players this up close? Then, walk on over to In-N-Out or Raising Cane's for lunch before the game. They're about a 15 minute walk away. I feel odd recommending fast food, but you gotta try what you can't get back in Seattle! There is food at the stadium, but it's not discount prices. Expect to pay just as much (or more) for a drink than you would at T-Mobile Park. After lunch, head to the park for the 1:10 game. The stadium is very intimate, and there really isn't a bad seat. It does get hot tho--the seats themselves are very toasty. Fortunately, we brought some towels from the hotel to sit on. The couple in front of us had to go buy some towels in order to sit comfortably. Also, pack a small portable fan. As someone who doesn't like hot weather, the fan made a huge difference and made sitting in the seats tolerable. Lastly, bring a water bottle and some sunscreen. There are cooling stations throughout the stadium, and some shaded spots. Parking is right in front of the stadium, free, and plentiful. You do not need to worry about not getting a spot--especiailly if you come early to watch practice.

Went here for a shopping event - "Christmas in July" on August 1st - due to a rain delay…read more We were surprised at how many vendors there were on a hot Saturday night from 6-9 PM - it was about 116 that day. One nice feature is the little Kid's Cove splash pad area for the kids to stay cool in. Parents were taking advantage of the misters by the playground there, too. Some really cool vendors - lots of food choices, pet supplies and treats, jewelry, 3-D printed offerings, and some booths offering services for alarms or window replacements. Bathrooms were open for guests and vendors alike. We made a purchase from the mobile bookmobile vendor right by the entrance. Weather permitting, we'll be back. The A/C in our car was on the fritz, but if the vendors can handle the heat, so could we. A fun weekend adventure.

Plenty of and well organized parking with great traffic flow control. Food choices are adequate and relatively fairly priced.

This was a night game so our seats were perfect, but I would have been in the sun for an afternoon game. Concessions are pretty standard but you can bring in food and a sealed water bottle. Definitely a great little stadium!
