Holy Ikea Lonset bed slats! I bought an Ikea Malm king size bed with the Lonset bed slats. These new Ikea slats are high quality, but wow, labor intensive and unwieldy to assemble. Kelley is quite busy, but she is well worth waiting for! She installed two wall lamps for us, as well as fixing a problematic bifold door. Kelly is an extremely thorough professional and a pleasure to do business with. I needed my exhaust fans in the bathrooms and kitchen area cleaned (had not been cleaned for years by previous owner) and also needed to install some towel hooks in the bathrooms. Everything was done in record time. She also fixed the alignment of a malfunctioning door knob (we thought we would need to change out the entire door knob, but she saved us money by just making some minor adjustments which was amazing!)....Of all the handy persons that I communicated with, she was the one who knew exactly what needed to be done just from the descriptions that I sent, which was an indication of her experience and talent. Absolutely phenomenal. I had a punch list of stuff to do around the house and she went room by room and got it all done. So reasonably priced that I actually paid her more than she asked for because she did a great job. I had her hang curtains and pictures both large and small in various rooms of the house. I also asked Kelley about doing a large drywall repair in my laundry room and she took a look at it, but was upfront and honest in that it was a larger job than she could fit in her schedule, and referred me to somebody else. I hired Kelly to do a job on my behalf and after accepting she notified us it was on the understanding that she couldn't get to the repair for three weeks which we understood and accepted. Two days prior to the agreed upon date she cancels saying I don't do repairs in this area. To me this just talks to the lack of thoroughness of how she does things. We specifically talked to her about the job and its location, now she decides she doesn't want to go where the job is and cancels. She has left us high and dry searching for a new repair person. Kelly's business practices are very poor and for this reason I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more
