Because she concentrated the dye at my roots, my hair was like a reverse ombre from hell. It was absolutely hideous and the manager (who was there) just stared at me and made no effort to apologize or make it right. It wasn't until I started crying that they told me that they wouldn't charge me- probably just to get me and my wrecked hair out of there as other customers were staring at that point. Horrible experience. It's taken multiple processings to get my hair presentable. Avoid at all costs.
