Darcy cut my hair and I absolutely love it!! She keeps it real & she's fun convo and artsy. Beautiful, clean and spacious salon! Even the girl that got her hair cut before me, her haircut looked amazing made me excited to get mine done and she didn't disappoint . Will be returning! read more

I wanted all over blonde. The lady doing my hair clearly didn't know what she was doing and turned my hair BRIGHT canary yellow/orange. Because she concentrated the dye at my roots, my hair was like a reverse ombre from hell. It was absolutely hideous and the manager (who was there) just stared at me and made no effort to apologize or make it right. It wasn't until I started crying that they told me that they wouldn't charge me- probably just to get me and my wrecked hair out of there as other customers were staring at that point. Horrible experience. It's taken multiple processings to get my hair presentable. Avoid at all costs. read more

BEWARE!! Do not go to this salon. I will tell my story. I went in to take advantage of the $69.99 color special. I walked out with a $107.00 bill. My hair was tinged green!!! The stylist, Amber, was one of the most crude people I have ever met. She dropped the "f bomb" frequently while I sat in her chair. When I told her my color was not at all to my liking, she told me that it would have to be fixed the next time I came in and I would still have to pay again!!! In tears, I went to the Monticello salon where Sonia, a wonderful woman, fixed my hair. I tried to call the owner of this business, and she shunted me off to Robin who is the manager at the Buffalo salon. Robin REFUSED to honor the $69.99 special and told me she would absolutely not issue me a credit. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! The Buffalo Salon has some of the rudest people I have ever met. I am new to town, and I was treated like I didn't matter at all. If I could give 0 stars for this business, I would. Dated May 8, 2017. Dated May 10, 2017. Review Update: The owner of the seven salons, Brenda Breum, phoned me today. She was one of the kindest people I have had the privilege to speak with. Brenda offered me a gift certificate and a sincere apology for the negative events of the other day. Now this is a woman who is business savvy and knows how to treat a customer! I am grateful that Brenda took the time to resolve the matter, and I think that her employees are fortunate to have her for a supervisor. Thank you, Brenda!!! read more

Everything is nice and clean. Secondly, the massage chairs are wonderful, with different levels of massage and intensity. I was offered coffee, tea or water. You have your choice of a regular pedi for $24 or the spa pedi for $42. I chose the spa pedi that includes sea salt, a pomegranate wrap and massage. Totally worth it. They had a nice choice of colors to choose from. It was SO relaxing. Love how my tootsies turned out. For $5, they can add art work with sparkles. There are two chairs in the spa area, so next time I'm taking a girlfriend or my mom for a nice mani-pedi afternoon. I highly recommend.

My hair stylist was very nice but my experience did not meet my expectations. The color is still 2 toned so you can see the grow out color :/ i'll have to get it redone to actually be one color so it was a waste of money. I also noticed when i got home she cut layers uneven.. my left side has layers & the right side does not(which is embarrassing since you can tell when styling my hair). I'm not sure if she just wasn't paying enough attention to compare the 2 sides and make sure everything was even but it was upsetting once i got back home and it was pointed out to me. Overall i will not be going back to this salon(or at least not to the stylist i had). Hope no one else has these issues.
