We are renting a home and the owner and my new neighbor were so kind to give me their hair stylist. Her name is Constance and works at the Foiled Hair Salon. I am very impressed with the knowledge and enjoyed every moment with Constance. She is experienced with color, highlights and her haircut was perfect. Thank you Constance!! You made me look natural once again. You know it is good if you go from California bleach blonde to my natural hair color with highlights/lowlights and my husband doesn't notice the change. I LOVE my hair and I am looking forward to my next appointment with Constance.

I think my hair looks fun and sassy! I would definitely recommend Teresa to anyone.

Saying Kim is amazing doesn't even begin to touch on how great she is. My mom, sister-in-law, and I…read morehave been going to her for a couple years now. I was always super satisfied with how well she listened to my ideas and executed what I was imaging for my cuts and colors. What led me to finally write a review was this: I went to PR at Partners in Bristow out of convenience. It's on my way home from work and I impulsively wanted a cut and toner as spring arrived and my ends were in need of love. I made an appointment with a junior stylist, Leah, for a trim and subtle golden auburn toner. I ended up with bright red teenager hair. After one attempt and fail to fix it the following day, PR management called me to say I was no longer allowed back because I left twice unhappy with my hair. I could understand if I simply didn't like a color I asked for how I could be dismissed for any further color correction, but the junior stylist had put the wrong color on my head!!!, a color I specifically said I didn't want. And they wouldn't take ownership. I was able to simply call up Kim on her cell phone and explain my horror story. She immediately knew how to fix it and set me up with an appointment to come see her. It's refreshing to have someone to rely on with such excellent customer service skills. Never again will I go to another stylist out of convenience or impulse! Kim is a keeper.

She missed a good portion of my root touch up and a lot of gray coverage around my forehead and temples. So at four weeks post touch up my roots looked like it was at seven weeks. My second appointment she did a much better job because she took her time and checked her work. However, I made my second appointment 9 weeks in advance and last minute she pushed my appointment back 30 minutes which isn't that bad but it was for a last minute non paying customer (can't believe she actually told me that) plus I had to pick up my son from school at a certain time. Fortunately, my husband came home early from work so he could pick him up. Plus her prices are a little pricey for what you get. On a plus she did give a good haircut. I did give her three stars because she does do a good job if she takes her time and checks her work.

That's the reason I'm giving more than a one star, but about a day ago. I went to get my eyebrows done and I've noticed the shop owner is not really in the salon anymore and it's mostly another worker. Me and my two sisters came in and we asked if the owner was there which she responded with no, We stayed and got our eyebrows done. both my sisters asked if she could fix it up a little bit and she just kept saying no because it would make their eyebrows look as certain way, and I work in the beauty, industry myself, and personally I've always learned work ethnic and been told that if the customer wants something you should be able to provide it. as long as you tell them that it's at their own risk, but once I got mines done, I don't know if she was trying to prove a point to my sisters that their eyebrows would look a certain way, but she left my eyebrows really uneven and I asked her to fix it up and she told me no so I had to come home and fix it myself and upon further inspection, she completely cut some of my eyebrow hairs and you can totally tell and it's so frustrating because my eyebrows are the one thing that I get done often and I've never had them be this bad. Also, I don't know what product she put on my face, but it made my skin break out and I have scabs in my eyebrows. I love the owner, but I just think the other wokers that are in the salon are bringing it down.

Let me start by saying this is not a reflection of the ladies personalities because they are sweet; however, I don't feel they are staying up to date on new styling trends etc. I went for color and extensions. My hair had to be lifted which is fine but the end result had to be toned down which is also fine but when it was done I still had orange "hot roots". I was so discouraged I decided to just leave it and move on to the extensions. Again, the stylist was different for this and also nice. However, again her technique was subpar. Two days later here I am getting it redone at a different salon because they are already extremely loose. Yesterday, I had to go to a different salon to get the color fixed. I paid for the original services to include tips for both ladies but left very sad. So, if you're going for traditional not too complicated services or old school then they are fine; otherwise, I would say no. Very nice fun people but lacking in skills.
