The thing is, at Euro Reflections it's $20 (plus tip and tax) to wax once a month or $40 (plus tip and tax) to go bi-monthly - so I chose to try laser. I chose to try just my underarms. Tania is very efficient and answers all of my questions. The procedure only takes 15 minutes and does not hurt (you may feel a slight tingling). At first I had my doubts, but now after three sessions I see a noticeable difference. I learned that different laser hair removal machines work for different people, pop in and ask them before committing to anything. Tania will tell you right away if you're a good candidate or not. When I called them back to request another appointment I indicated that I needed one near the end of the day due to my work schedule. The administrative staff accommodated this and the appointment was scheduled. Then, they continuously called me looking to re-schedule and book different times and were extremely rude and snooty. They were obviously taking new patients and putting me to the end of the list. I spent over $500.00 having this done and wore bandages on my face for two months to be snubbed off when I requested a follow-up appointment because the procedure was not successfully. I wish I would have known this before and I hope this helps young women think twice about going to the Dr. DeLorenzi Clinic for any cosmetic procedures small or large. I couldn't imagine how they would treat you if you weren't happy with a larger procedure that would take even longer to correct.

Since I am into masks and unclogging my pores, I went with the Glamglow gift. I also got a Yves St. Laurent perfume sampler. I paid and felt good.
