Second, my husband called the owner (Mr. FixIt), asked him if he could fix my phone, to which he said yes. We told him we would be there in 10-15 minutes. It took us no longer than that time to get there, in which time the owner had left to "run an errand." Again, unprofessional, blatantly rude, and obviously someone who isn't looking for the business.

Got a good deal here one time, just a cleaning and a screen protector for around $30 so I sent my…read moreteenager in for the same service and they upsold him a brand new screen and protector. He didn't know any better. Around $200. A few months later, screen proved defective and he went there, this time they honored the warranty and replaced the screen. When THAT screen proved defective about 7 -8 months later, they told him it was his fault bc there were some (nearly imperceptible) scratches on the SCREEN PROTECTOR. The feeling that I got is that they took advantage of his lack of experience in dealing with adults in the service industry, in first, the original up-sell, and second, in denying warranty claim on the second defective screen. They're pretty nice guys in here, but I'd not recommend going there nor will I return.

First visit, diagnosed as thermostat issue, second visit to install thermostats decided it was the compressor, after waiting over a week for compressor to come in, third visit they decided to bring " head technician who knows more about this stuff" out and they decided it was low on coolant. Why not have the person who knows the most come out sooner? Being with out a freezer for almost a month is absurd. I do not recommend Jerry's and would not use them in the future.

Then I realize there's a black guy and a bearded guy hiding behind a screen in the corner. The black dude acts annoyed that I disturbed him. It just gets worse from there. This is after some previous unpleasantness. I don't know why I kept coming back- habit, I guess. But no more. To be specific, they returned a chainsaw that was to be sharpened with the chain so tight it couldn't be turned, or started, twice. They were very defensive and downright rude about remedying the situation. This was another guy, I think the owner/manager.
