I received a great response as Wells Lawn Care was able to come out the same day and take care of our initial mowing, trimming, and edging needs. Derek Wells, the owner, responded to the message I left personally and almost immediately. Since this initial interaction, we have pursued other services with Derek and Wells Lawn care. We have contracted the following services lawn fertilization, mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding, for the Spring 2016 season. In addition we are collaborating with Wells on a much larger project for our yard/outdoor space. This is being completed in stages with the first being the demolition of our current patio and deck & installation proper grading/draining in the back yard this fall (2015). In spring/summer (2016) we have plans with Wells to install a paving-stone patio/path, outdoor kitchen, and replace or improve existing landscaping (hardscape and softscape) throughout the rest of our property. When he came out to do the job, he decided he didn't want to do it after all as it was too difficult, then claimed hardship and refused to return the money. I tried to be patient, but now 4 months later he has stopped responding. I get it that times are tough and tried to be patient, but now I'm out the $290 and still have to pay the other contractor who is actually getting the job done. At this point, I'm willing to forgive the $290, but I'm posting this so that everyone else will know to be careful.

He carries his mower over my deck and does not nick my paint job like my last mower. It's his second job so he needs some flexibility in days but he always gets the job done. He does a great job trimming as well. I always tip him because his cost is low. I highly recommend him because he comes as needed.
