I am adding a new review to add to my original given that the owner just responded to my review…read moretoday. I never stated that their clothing store was "run of the mill" as the owner stated in her response. I stated the mere fact that the panty hose/tights that they are selling, are in fact, RUN OF THE MILL. They are not designer and are THE EXACT SAME as one would find in a CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, supermarket, etc. They retail for roughly 6-8 dollars and they charge 34 for them. Those are just plain facts. I also stated that they can clearly do it because they are catering to people in the area, and those items are hard to come by in Stowe given the lack of drugstores. Oh and I don't have a "problem" with the prices of the clothing and shoes. This place is meant to be higher end and I have zero issue with that. My main point was the elevated price of one specific item. That was all. I even mentioned in the beginning of my review how gorgeous the clothes are, those clothes are NOT run of the mill. I know the difference lol. If I had the money I would easily buy half of the store. I just wanted to clear up any confusion.

100% worth it. Literally- don't pass up this company!…read more We were traveling from Louisiana (where there's no need for snow clothes) to Colorado where we would definitely need weather appropriate clothing. KitLender had it all. I ordered a full kit for myself (a north face jumpsuit, boots, gloves, and goggles) as well as a pair of snow pants. My husband got a snow bib and boots. And my toddler got a full kit (snow bib, jacket, boots, mittens, and goggles). ALL of this for a fraction of the cost to buy. However, the best part was I had to pack NONE of it. It was delivered to my lodge, we used it, repacked it, and it was picked up by FedEx from the lodge to go back to KitLender. I think it was the least stressful part of our family vacation (lol). WILL DEF BE USING AGAIN! THANKS KL!

Zero stars if that were an option. Absolute failure when it mattered most…read more I ordered ski clothing from Kit Lender for 9 people nearly a full month in advance (28 days) for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime family trip to Big Sky. We did everything right to avoid issues. Kit Lender did everything wrong. When FedEx tracking showed delays, I proactively contacted the company on December 31. I was reassured they were "working on options." That reassurance turned out to be meaningless. Fast forward to January 2, the night before our 8am flight, and suddenly I'm told nothing can be done. It gets worse. When I called customer service, I was actually told that I should drive to Billings, Montana to pick up the shipment myself from a FedEx warehouse. Let that sink in. Their proposed solution was that I abandon my travel plans to fix their logistics failure. I asked a very reasonable question: why not arrange Saturday delivery, since the items were already sitting at the Billings FedEx facility? I was told a manager named Ben would call me back after speaking with FedEx. He never did. Instead, Ben sent a dismissive email claiming FedEx doesn't deliver to business addresses on weekends. I immediately responded clarifying that we were staying in a private home, not a business. No response. I called again asking for Ben. The person who answered hesitated, clearly knew who I was, and said "uhhh... is this Nikki?" before telling me Ben would call me shortly. He never did. I have now called four times and am sent straight to voicemail. No callback. No urgency. No ownership. Here's the part that matters most: This was a bucket-list trip for my mother, who has breast cancer. She asked for her children and their partners to take her skiing in Big Sky. We spent an enormous amount of money on this trip. And thanks to Kit Lender's complete lack of accountability, we are arriving with no ski clothing for anyone and scrambling at the last minute to fix a problem that should never have happened. Yes, they offered a refund. And then they disappeared. Refunds don't fix ruined plans. Refunds don't replace lost time. Refunds don't excuse a total failure of customer care when things go wrong. Every company looks good when everything goes smoothly. Kit Lender showed exactly who they are when things were in distress. The answer was silence, deflection, and indifference. If your trip matters to you, do not trust this company. When it counted, they did not care -- not about our vacation, not about solutions, and certainly not about their customers.

For 10-12 years we have purchased all of our running shoes and gear. Before marathons, triathlons…read morewe would head right over and get our shoes. Our 15-year-old has been getting her shoes there for the past four years when she was able to get adult size shoes. Purchased shoes for our daughter a week ago. Our daughter suffers from two forms of arthritis. One is specifically in her knees, and her shoes are crucial. Went in there the first guy we had to deal with was very inattentive yawning not asking any kind of question. Kind of a bump on the Lodge kind of guy. I tried to explain she has two forms of arthritis. He said that's not a big deal no concern. I stated it most definitely is a huge concern and it is a big deal. Look through a bunch of clothing and I had decided we were not going to be buying sneakers that day. We're gonna wait until somebody else with more knowledge would be there and help us. I did poke my head in the back room saw two ladies sitting back there one lady who is black haired glasses on the heavier side, only describing her just so you know to avoid her... snapped at me and stated he's very knowledgeable and went about our business. Put the clothing up on the counter and another man little older came over and said did you need some help and I stated that I did because the first guy was not very helpful at all and he redid all of the evaluation of her legs, her feet to the way she walked, and so on. I explained once again she had the arthritis issues and he said we can definitely put her in the right kind of shoe. We chatted and he said she most definitely needed to be in a neutral shoe. She walked around in it, and it felt comfortable, and we purchased them and a bunch of other clothing. She started running and field hockey with these shoes on, and every day would come home complaining that our cabs were aching. Her legs were hurting. They felt like she was running with blocks on her feet. I googled the type of shoe he put her in and sure enough. It was a stability shoe. She most definitely cannot wear stability. She needed a neutral. I called the store, asking to speak to the store manager or the store owner. The person on the other end stated he was the owner. I said oh good and I explained the whole situation and he said yeah that was me. I helped you I remember you. I said will you put her in a stability issue not the neutral that you said she most definitely needed. He stated oops. I said oops that's not an option, I said you have created some more leg issues that she truly did not need. He said I said oops are you bringing them back or what? I said wow OK, yes I'm bringing them back. He said how long before you'll be here? I said I'll be there shortly. I walk into the store he spotted me, turned around, went and hid in the back room !!!! A very sweet lady short haired brown haired lady with glasses came over and said are you returning these? I said yes I am! she said is everything OK? My response was no everything is not OK. Explain the whole story to her and she said well if you would like to bring her back in I would love to work with you. I said I had you in the beginning. Everything probably would've been different, however, the way that the owner responded and treated me I will never give this man another dime of my money!!! Buyer beware avoid the store ! The lady stated you have a long, huge history of purchasing with us. I said yes we have spent a ton of money here only to be treated like this so I will never be back.!!!
