I just walked out and left. About ten days later on another trip to Ada I thought I would give them another chance. SAME results! Four men there and not a single one ever even said hi, or we will be right with you, or anything. After five minutes I walked out and left. Both times the were two guys at the counter, one walking in and out from the back and both time the same guy sitting in the office that just looked up at me a couple of times. I refuse to pay people to be treated like that. As much as I wanted a nice John Deere I bought a Kabutta instead and I will never need to go there again.

Well, the deal changed by $149 and exceeded my limit. Kermit denied what he said on the phone. It wasn't really the money as much as the disrespect. I guess it makes a difference when the owner is not on site. In fairness he sent a text offering to accept a check for the original amount if I would come back. I already spent 3 hours on this, so I countered I would have a check ready if he delivered. No answer..... I'll include my original review from my previous visits below. Awesome Yanmar dealer. We called this week checking on it and the owner basically laughed at us and told us it was "somewhere outside" and they hadn't touched it since we dropped it off and no parts had been ordered and they didn't have time to talk to us about it. The trimmer was sitting outside in the weather the entire time it's been there and is definitely worse than it was when we dropped it off. I won't be surprised if they've completely ruined our $350 machine. Do not give these people your business, there are plenty of businesses that actually value the customer in the area. We will NEVER give these people our business again.

I am very happy with them. I live on an acreage, some folks want their favorite grocery store near them, I just want my JD dealer close for when i need something, they are there. Also, I bought a JD bar stool from them. I love it and use it when I need to sit in my kitchen and work at the sink or stove. Who would have thought that they would happen to have just what needed for my kitchen too. If you have an acreage to mow, trees to trim or other yard or property work to do, they have the equipment for you. If you need something a bit larger, they can help you with it.
