Really surprised they are still in business. The number 1 rule in business: make it easy for people to give you their money! For some reason 405 decided to make it extremely difficult to rent equipment. Their prices are much higher than Home Depot or United. Their administration, down payment, vetting process makes you think you're taking out a mortgage. Not very friendly or customer-focused for a small town business. Good luck with that. read more
