Chicken Shawarma Platter
Stephanie G.

Colorful restaurant, with flavorful Chicken shawarmas! Comes with pita chips on the side. I've had it twice and it's soooo good! Eat half and save the other half for later they have two white sauces that enhance the flavors even more! It's a must try

Was craving Middle Eastern food and this was close by so we popped by. The decor is very cute although the sign outside was quite small and easy to miss at first in the dark. The aesthetic was very pleasing. We got hummus, baba ghanoush, and falafel shawarma. It was kinda pricy tbh which was a little off-putting. The hummus and baba ghanoush were like $8 each and the shawarma was $18. They also only had bottled water for $2.60 since so we just got our water out of the car. The food itself was quite delightful though, very yummy. The pita bread was a little lackluster but the pita chips were well seasoned and very good. They had garlic sauce and another sauce on the table which were yummy on their own but delicious mixed together. We put the sauces on the falafel and it was great. All in all, the food quality and ambience were stellar, prices could be a little more appealing though.

Food tastes great we got the wrap with chicken, steak, and falafel. With ordered a side of fries to go with it. The portion was huge enough to share with me and my boyfriend. They prices are a little too high for the food. Overall the ambiance was really nice and lot of seating, beautiful decor, and clean tables. You order at the register and can sit anywhere and they will bring it to you. They also have a table with to go boxes and silverware for your food.

Spectacular attention, presentation and delicious food. Number one in Orlando in Arabic food, I recommend them.

Nice little spot. The place is very good and the ingredient quality is very good. We ordered the chicken shawarma and the beef shawarma. The meat was very tasty and tender. It's a Venezuelan owned Arabic restaurant, so everything is in Spanish and the style of the food is a little different, but still great! It was a little pricey in my opinion as well. $18 for the shawarma.

Super fresh super good

This is such a hidden gem! My first time here was for an event, and I was so pleasantly surprised…read more The space was very unique, with a little Moroccan store with dresses, little knickknacks, and even some perfumes. The space is huge, and they have a little private area for prayers. They have a very large space that can be partitioned for privacy or events. The food was delicious & the service was wonderful, even with the large party & the others using the restaurant.

It's set far from the road in a nondescript stucco two story. Windows are darkened so you can't see in. But reviews on yelp looked promising. Food was very good. I am not knowledgeable of Moroccan cuisine but seemed authentic and freshly made. Service - extremely friendly and personable. But I was alone, there were only three other tables occupied, and I had water, one course, and dessert...and I was there for 90 minutes. Again everything seemed freshly made so that may just be what's needed but it was a little long to sit alone Decor is initially impressive, colorful and on theme. But on closer inspection the tablecloths are thick vinyl - mine had what appeared to be a cigarette hole burned into it - and the clear glass vases had cheap fake plastic flowers in them. I was seated in the center with standard chairs but tables along the walls had banquets with overstuffed Moroccan pillows and velvet upholstery. One table had a pair of beautiful green velvet Chesterfield sofas. There's a little shop in the back but had I not read about it in a review I wouldn't have noticed as it was behind one of the tables and from a distance just looked like more decor. There's a stage with a video screen which showed music videos while I was there but assume live music must be available certain nights. There's a hookah lounge attached but seemed independent and no mention of it was made.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. In the spirit of expanding our culinary pallet, we ordered two apps that were new to us. The Kebbeh was very good - i'd say similar to a meat hush puppy? Krispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The Baba Ganju was different than what I was expecting and not something I personally liked (not any fault to the dish, I'm just a texture person). The chicken shawarma and gyro platter (it's a platter at dinner) were FANTASTIC! Seriously, so much flavor, fresh, the meat was not overly cooked. Everything tasted very fresh and we seriously had no complaints!! We also ordered a side of Batata, which are sort of crispy potato cubes with chili flakes + garlic - so good! I will say when we got there, there was a mishap and we waited over 20 minutes to be greeted and introduced to our server after we sat down. Once our server realized we were in her section, the rest of our service was amazing! I think that was just a one off fluke, and I would not let it negatively impact my experience.

I got the chicken shawarma and it's served deconstructed (as in you get the meat, veggies, and hummus all separate with pita to make it yourself) and the chicken was really lacking flavor. My brother got the chicken kebab and also thought the chicken was bland. My girlfriend got the gyro (also served deconstructed) and we both thought it was the best dish but also nothing special. In terms of parking, there is no parking lot. There is some free street parking but it is limited.
