This place is a gem. It's a hole in the wall takeout delicious middle eastern food. One gentleman runs it from what I've seen and his food is so so fresh and delicious. I went ahead and bought the family meal this time and I'd do it again! Fresh fresh salad. Hummus or baba ganoush. Rice with lots meats. Falafel and grape leaves. Pita bread and the best garlic sauce on the side. The whole family was so satisfied with all of it. We will be back! read more

Shawarma Valley - Chicken Shawarma fries (newer item) - Mediterranean Near Me - Belleville, Michigan

The only place around here to get baklava without making the hike to Dearborn. Always fast & friendly service

I like it it's pretty good. Service is friendly and ambiance is casual. Hummus is made fresh, grape leaves are good, and the shawarma sandwiches really good. Like a lot of places the beef and lamb shawarmas are very tough to chew so get the chicken it's good. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but if you're driving bye and need a shawarma stop in, you'll be happy read more

Shwarma Valley is a great option for the family when they don't feel like cooking. There are both healthy and unhealthy-smutty options available. On our more recent visit, I got tabouli, added chicken, baba ganouj, falafel and a few mixed shwarma bowls. I really like the tabouli. My family would prefer it to be more grain forward, but I like a parsley heavy tabouli personally. The baba ganouj was a little salty for my taste, and perhaps a touch too much liquid smoke. The falafel are well spiced. read more

Ordered a chicken shawarma with fries, food came out fresh and warm. 10/10 on the shawarma and fries combo. Great spot to eat in, staff is friendly, store is clean. Highly satisfied and will be back no doubt read more

Some of the best food I've had. Good pricing, great variety, and very quick. The owner/workers are very kind and quick to pull a joke.

The customer service is always great. They make THE BEST Fattoush salad !!!! I like that the vegetables are in larger chunks which is different from other places where I've had the salad. Additionally, the salad dressing is so good I always ask for extra on the side! read more

Very friendly staff and the portions are large. Chicken shawarma bowl was tasty and fresh.

The place was clean and the owner was very friendly and courteous the food was awesome especially the baba gagnoush.. I will be going back..

I decided to try this place out due to the high star rating and decent reviews. I wish I would've tried a different place. I ordered the chicken shawarma combo. I couldn't even finish my sandwich. It was seasoned horribly. There were giant clumps of seasoning throughout the sandwich. Some bites I took were just bread and seasoning. Barely any garlic sauce and maybe 4 tiny pickle chips. The fries were not appetizing as well. There was little to no seasoning on them and tasted off. I lived in Dearborn for 4 years and would frequently try chicken shawarmas from different restaurants down there. I know what a pretty good/decent chicken shawarma is supposed to taste like and this place did not hit the mark. Cost me nearly $17 for a sandwich, fries, and drink from this place. I could get the same in Dearborn for $12 for a better quality meal I do hope this was a one off event or that something will change but I don't think I'll be going back. read more

One of the best shawarmas I have had definitely recommend! They make you feel like family when you walk in the door!

Food is absolutely amazing and the owner and his son were amazing! We came after a rowing race and they stayed open to make sure we all got served! So thankful for the fantastic service and food! Would definitely recommend! read more

Really good food. Courteous, pleasant service. I take out, do ambiance is not an issue for me.

Absolutely amazing food and customer service!!! The man who took our order was so kind and helpful. You don't see service like this anymore. Definitely a new regular spot for us. read more

Honestly one of my favorite places to get food from. I've loved everything I've tried but that tawook tabooleh sandwich is something I could eat every day. The people there are great too. Super friendly and they remember you when you come back. Even little man he's cool. 100% will go back(i go about once a week now) and 100% will recommend read more

Finally stopped by this restaurant after passing it on my ride home. The shawarmas are good and my partner loves their quesadillas. If you're looking for a good shawarma, look no further. read more

Hands down the best chicken shawarma I've ever had. They are simply made but pack a darn scrumptious flavor. I've had the shawarma and the fattoush salad a few times and each time they taste even better than the last. The owner (I believe) is always fantastic he's just a people person with fantastic customer service, he treats you like you're his friend. Must try! read more

This service was good. It was a busy time right after Christmas & they were busy at 2:30pm on a Sunday so any mistakes made like not leaving pickles off a mixed shawarma or getting extra garlic sauce (tuom) as ordered. The hummus wasn't anything special, not as creamy or as flavorful as Jerusalem Gardens. The chicken shawarma, while flavorful, was very dry. The mixed shawarma was very greasy, leaking thru the paper. For some that's a good thing. For my husband & son, it was not. I was also hoping to find an appetizer of dolmades with lamb, but to no avail. If I didn't have any other choice, I would eat here but keep my expectations low. The owner is very friendly on some occasions, but not if he's busy. I prefer ordering online thru Yelp. He's difficult to understand when you call. read more

This place is excellent. Their chicken shawarma sandwiches hit the spot. Flavorful and good sized. The falafel sandwiches were way above average, superb. The guys who work here are very friendly and enthusiastic. Order pickup was great. Call them directly to order, and it'll work better for you because there are some options that they can offer you that will make it even better. read more

The service is amazing. But sometimes the kid that works the register can be a bit much. He has great customer service but kind of has a smart mouth. The food is amazing tho. It is well seasoned to perfection and puts enough garlic in your shawarma's (unlike some places). read more

Friendly, affable owners (toom garlic sauce is NOT made with eggs. End of story!!) and very high quality at low prices. You cannot go wrong with anything here. I love their stuffed grape leaves and falafel sandwich. Eat it fast so it isn't soft at the end! read more

I've been eating here for about a year now, I've never had a bad experience, all staff is very friendly, the quality of food is never a disappointment. Depending on what you get price can be kind of high but you are definitely getting what you pay for, and food portions are generous. If you're thinking about trying this place, then stop thinking and do it already. I have a lot experience in food work over the years these guys are top notch. read more

On my second visit - I order over the phone, and came in to pick up my food. The owner asked if I had a pickup, I said yes. I then asked if he took the call, he said no - the other guy did, but he isn't very good looking. Thinking that he was joking I said, well sometime people aren't what they look like in person when you talk over the phone. The own turned and said - "he's married, he likes pu%@y" I was confused by this response and said, "good for him." The owner then asked, are you gay!! I was taken aback from his question, I replied, not that its any of your business, but I'm divorced, and if I was, that's none of your business! He stopped cooking - walked over to register and said, Gays are disgusting! They are godless and disgusting! I replied, that's your opinion, I'm here for my food! He then asked if I was a religious man. Again, I replied, that's non of your business! He fired back, If I had a gay son, and paused.... Gays are disgusting. At this point I was getting pissed! I'm here for my food and this guy is talking about his religion and personal views on other peoples sexuality, more over I don't agree! Looking around his restaurant the items placed about appeared to be of Islamic/Arabian origin. I asked him a question... Are you Muslin? He replied yes! I then said, do you know that there are people in this country that don't like Islam or the people that practice that religion? He replied, its different, gays are disgusting, its different. I replied, its not... A bigot is a bigot. He then said, your not a holy man, your not a man of god... That was it for me... I decided I wasn't give my money or my companies money to this man! Hate is a powerful thing if we let it. This man was hating on gay people for what ever his persons beliefs are, and at the same time, people are hating on him for being Muslim... I was blown away by this foolish person who couldn't see beyond his bigotry and running a restaurant. I just wish he had stuck to running his business and sell sandwiches, which is what I came there for, not a lesson in hate, and certainly not for a religious lesson from a closed minded person! Never coming back here!!! If he's so willing to talk about hating gays in public, how does he feel about Christians, Jews, Hindu's, the non-religious, and so on! read more

I just had the chicken schwarma plate from this place. I did takeout as the Great American COVID Plague is still ongoing. The order was correct, hot, on time, and delicious! The rice was perfectly spiced and cooked. Loved the flavor on the chicken. There were pickled vegetables added on top of the pilaf added a nice flavor to the whole meal. Just very very good food for not that much cash. One thing to note: the schwarma meal in particular was PLENTY big enough for two. You'll have leftovers. Friendly guys running the place. I travel to this part of Michigan for work more or less regularly. I'll be stopping at this hidden gem more often! read more

This place has amazing food. The tabbouleh is so flavorful. The fattoush salad was good. We had the chicken shawarma and the beef shawarma. Loved the garlic sauce on the chicken version. Everything was fresh and so tasty. The owner is awesome. He was very helpful and told us his story. He has a passion for what he does and it definitely shows.
