Paid extra for cheese fries... almost no cheese... very little to the point at first I thought they forgot I had upgraded the fries then a noticed the faintest drizzle. 2. The hot mozz fried mozzarella... breading is far too thick, and which ever heat level you choose, the seasoning was so thick its texture overpowered the texture of the mozzarella. We ended up peeling the cheese out of the fried breading (easy to do because it was so thick) and just ate the cheese. The cheese itself was wonderful!! Minor request not affecting rating: a first ranch packet should be a standard option. You have to pay for it extra fyi.

There isn't much seating -- only 5 tables and others were seated there. After about a 20 minute wait I saw 2 orders placed ready to go. Counter girl grabbed those and told cook they were to go so she took them back. It was close to another 5 minutes before those where boxed and put back on the counter. One was mine! After nearly a 25 minute wait I hoped with at least that long of a wait the food would be piping hot! The fries were warm, definitely not hot. The chicken bites weren't even warm. It was obvious they had not recently been cooked. The place was clean but with cold food and long waits at a fast food place, I have no plans to return.

The fries and tots were as expected- nothing extraordinary but not bad either. The cole slaw was only alright. The slider was good and came on Hawaiian style rolls. The miso ranch and garlic aioli were also good. The biggest thing I wanted to say about this restaurant... it's located INSIDE of Dog Haus. I had no idea until I was driving around trying to find it and had to call the business number to locate them... so if you do delivery, you'd never even know, but if you pick up like I did, be advised. I didn't see any signage in the parking lot, on the road, or on the building itself... or really even inside of Dog Haus except for the menu item they have that's also named the Bad Mutha Clucka. So it wasn't super easy to find. But now you know, so that should remedy any future confusion.

This was the very first day and flies assaulted the restaurant... but workers were diligently cleaning tables and chasing them away. They already are looking at installing ceiling fans and other alternatives to solve the issue. I will definitely snack here again. Customer service was great and workers checked on us. Customers stacked up for another 5 minutes without having any front counter help to take our orders. I left and will not return. On the plus side, this experience caused me to try Diegos Mexican food on 4th avenue for the 1st time. Highly recommended!
