Joe and Ryan are miracle workers. They showed up within a couple hours of us calling needing last minute moving help. They kept moving even in when it got dark and started to rain. They brought boxes, a large trailer, and all the equipment needed to move us. They helped us pack, and then loaded and unloaded so many boxes. They were fast and got so much done in a short amount of time. They were very funny and friendly, and truly helped us get through a really stressful time. Worst service. I have completed 6 major moves with two moves over 1500 miles. This was the worse experience ever! From communication about pickup to delivery of furnishings. During pickup they attempted extortion and I told them to unload truck. At delivery they attempted extortion and I told them that the could keep all of my furnishings which included a $20000+ dollar bedroom suit I had purchased 5 years previous and genuine Italian leather sectional sofa that I had paid $11000. In addition to extortion there were several pieces broken.. Just last week I found out the movers covered my electricity panel with a stackable washer and dryer. I had to pay someone to come and move them so I could put back on lights that were blown by a power surge. This was the absolute worst company I have ever used. Be aware! Stay away!!! read more

He and his crew brought boxes, packed up my things, and efficiently loaded up. They placed everything where I wanted at my new home. This company is awesome! This is not my first time moving using a moving company and they are by far the best! I didn't feel rushed or nervous they would break anything. They were late, but when they got there everything moved quickly! They even moved my stuff in the rain without complaining. I would highly recommend this company! The guys put everything where I wanted it in my home to make it easy to unpack. They set up my dryer and offered to mount the TV. It was all at a great price. Terrible customer service, Joe Shaw started complaining about the job as soon as he walked in the apartment instead getting to work, mostly complained about dog hair being on items and getting hair in the moving truck. His crew did not openly complain just got to work as expected. Job took 1.5hrs to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I have moved around the country with my family my whole life and this was by far the all around best move I've ever had. They were prepared for the instances that are not foreseen by the everyday person, the truck was stocked with dryer vent hose which was very helpful since ours was attached the the wall at the old house. I was also a fan of the way their pricing was instead of hourly, you could tell the guys cared and were not on an hourly clock. This was the worst moving help we have ever had, non professional people have done better. Our truck was loaded awful, because of this I had to leave somethings behind, furniture was damaged, doorways were damaged, neighbors yard was damaged, things were broken and they did not tell us. We are seniors, so they should be even more ashamed of what they did. I hope you will never go through this experience. read more

The first time I hired them, they did great. I hired them again, twice, and both of these times they were horrible. they just threw things inside the truck and damaged a lot of my things. I labeled my boxes with FRAGILE, but yet they put heavy boxes on top of them. I would never recommend them or hire them again... EVER read more

This moving company proved to be completely unprofessional. We were quoted one price only to be told another price after all our items were taken to the new house - we were forced to pay the amount they wanted and they didn't even put all our items into place and didn't take all of our things stating that would also be extra. We had to borrow trucks from friends and ended up makeing 6 additional trips to get all of our items after they left because they refused to go back and get what remained. Not only that, Joe complained through the entire move, stating how heavy everything was and refused to take a piece of furniture upstairs because he claimed it was impossible to do so and yet my husband and his friend were able to take it upstairs in 15 minutes! This guy is a total crook who demanded additional funds and threatened to take all our stuff back to the other house unless we paid them what he wanted. read more
