Daniel shared with me that they do free roof inspections, so I decided to schedule one. One of you guys, Brandon, called to get things scheduled. He showed up on time, and he was very respectful and courteous. After inspecting a couple of spots on the roof, Brandon wanted to inform me that he noticed some loose screws. He asked if I would be OK with him securing those before he left, Just to make sure it didn't cause an issue in the future. Of course, I said go for it! The inspection uncovered some minor cracks in the mortar, which I got Brandon to quote out for me the next day. When he called to schedule the repairs, I was traveling out of state. But we were still able to get things taken care! One thing that stood out is that each conversation did not feel rushed or even slowly focused on the business at hand. They took time to ask questions about my day and about my trip when I was traveling. It felt like I was dealing with a close friend who was also an expert at roofing. They gave me assurance that I don't have any major issues with my roof! Yay! With my pictures and inspection on file now, if anything ever happens, just make a quick call and they come see exactly how I need to handle it and gather proof needed for the insurance company. I recommend them hands-down! read more

A tree fell on my roof and caused a good bit of damage to not only the roof but the inside of one of my bedrooms, making a homeowners insurance claim necessary. The first contractor that I called made it obvious to me that I was not going to have a satisfactory result, so I called Cloteaux Roofing & Construction. The repairs to my house have now been completed, and I am so pleased with the results I received from Cloteaux. From the time of their first visit to prepare an estimate to the repair completion, I was always advised exactly what was happening. They delivered in every way that I was promised, including dealing with my insurance company, and I'm very grateful for that. Everyone with whom I dealt with at Cloteaux made the process so easy for me. Special thanks to Brandon for the time and attention he gave to my repair. read more

Brandon and the entire crew, from start to finish, were outstanding: Brandon's initial assessment of my roof was very complete with detailed descriptions and pictures. His explanation of my roofing needs was done very simply, professionally, and without a hard-sell approach. His presentation of all the options available to me was very thorough--again, without a hard-sell approach. Throughout the entire process, from the setup and protection of my plants and those of my next-door neighbor, the roof replacement and chimney repair, to the cleanup at the very end, Brandon and his project manager kept me informed. There were only minor issues throughout the process, and they were handled expeditiously. My trust was implicit! Cloteaux Roofing and Construction are a true asset to the community of Lafayette and environs. read more

This was not my first roof replacement experience, and I've been troubled by multiple companies in the past. I proposed a detailed and challenging list of personal expectations, and Cloteaux surpassed my own standards with courtesy, skill and professionalism. The prep work to protect my property, along with my neighbors on each side of my house was remarkable. Cloteaux also scheduled my job on a perfect weather day as requested, and their cleanliness was outstanding. Honestly, it was as if they were never here, except for the fact that now I have the nicest roof in my neighborhood. As I mentioned above, those unreliable roofing companies from my past are now out of business, but I have confidence that Cloteaux Roofing will remain here locally and permanately to serve my future needs. read more

Our metal roof looks awesome. The workmanship and professionalism displayed by this high performing team was top knotch. They removed the shingle roof and stripped down to the wood. There was no rush to complete the job, it was about quality not quanity. We had daily engagement by the project managers especially Brandon Bouy and Johnathan. I was kept updated daily and the roof work exceeded my expectations. This is a well oiled machine. I highly recommend CLOTEAUX ROOFING & Construction. You will not have any regrets. Thanks to all the team, Scotty and his helper proceeded to put the roof metal together like a puzzle. Can't say enough of the quality of the work. All the best. Cliff Butler. read more

The Cloteaux Team is Awesome. Every member great at communication on project plans and adjustments based on demo. Their price was fair and reasonable. Their quote included considerations the cheapest competitor did not include. I was lucky to have previously seen Cloteaux's work in our neighborhood. They worked around this summers rain and heatwaves to get the Chimney flashing changed, appropriate structural repairs completed, shingles replaced, also washed and sealed chimney bricks with a proper product. Many thanks to Hakeem, Shane, and Jonathan. Best of all, we know they will return if ever any issues arise. Now wearing the Cloteaux logo. read more

I chose Cloteaux Roofing for my new roof based on ratings and reviews I've seen. They are very professional, structured and thorough in what they do. Brandon Bouy worked with me on the project and made things very simple and clear when explaining them. I was surprised to see a crew supervisor visually monitor the entire job from start to finish. As the crew was finishing the job the company owner showed up and introduced himself. I was impressed and realize this company truly cares about it's customer! Charlie B. read more
