Danielle and Ben, the technicians who worked on our roof, were absolutely outstanding ... extremely competent, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain every detail of the process before and during the job, and they were also incredibly personable and friendly. Not only did they do excellent work, but they also answered every question I had, even after the service was completed, with patience and clarity. They made sure our property was spotless afterward, cleaning up any runoff or debris, and they repaired the tiles that needed attention to help prolong our roof's life as much as possible. A very special thank-you to Desha, who coordinated everything so smoothly. She was a true pleasure to work with ... warm, thorough, and wonderful at explaining the entire process from start to finish. You have an exceptional team at Acadiana Roof Restoration, and it truly shows in the quality of their work and customer care. We are so glad we chose your company to protect our roof with Roof Maxx, and we highly recommend you to anyone looking for honest, professional, and truly dedicated service.
