In less than a year they had to come out and work on it. Now the compressor is out and they want to charge $1,400 in labor and for the freon. The part is under warranty, but not the freon or labor. I was able to find someone else to do the work for $900. Now they are sending me a bill another bill for coming to check on the unit. How dirty can they get.
