I went to auto zone and purchased the built and replaced it myself. It cost me less than $30 and not much time. I went in for a standard oil change, but my car had an oil leak. The team didn't just ignore it--they took the time to identify exactly where it was coming from. In doing so, they helped us discover a much larger issue that needed attention. Honesty: They were completely transparent about the state of my car. * Generosity: Because of the leakage issue, they actually waived our oil change fee. * Great Crew: The entire team was professional and knowledgeable (shoutout to the female mechanic on staff--she was great!). * Top-Tier Service: They prioritize the safety and longevity of your vehicle over just making a quick buck. It is rare to find this level of integrity in auto care. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be back!

During our discussion, it was determined that the oil level had been checked at home on an unlevel surface, which can give the appearance of an overfilled condition. Direct quote from Elizabeth. This is a flat-out lie. Number one, my oil was checked on the level ground inside of my garage. Number two. It was overfilled by a half inch above the top dimple on the dipstick. I don't care what your guy's documented in the system, somebody lied. That is absolutely not acceptable! The fact you thought you had to educate me on what high mileage oil is for is insulting. I know what it's for, that's why I asked for it. Sadly, you just put yourself in the same category as all the other oil change places here in the area. I guess you don't care if you lose customers.

I paid $2,300 for an alternator and battery change on my Infiniti Q50 that took them two weeks to fix. When I finally picked up the car, I noticed immediately that it wasn't running right. I drove the car back immediately to the shop and pointed out that the car was handling roughly. The manager then proceeded to go into a number of explanations, which felt like problem deflection and an attempt to gaslight someone who's not as mechanically inclined as them. A week later, I had to put my car back in the shop when the check engine light came on and was informed that Elite Auto did not re-connect key hoses/connections for the turbocharger back to the engine. This resulted in further time and worry (on my part) and damage to the car. Since then, the manager of Elite Auto has been unresponsive to my calls or request for response. Had I known what I know now, I would have sucked it up and paid for another expensive tow to a more competent shop. I'd urge anyone thinking of taking their car to Elite Auto to think twice and go elsewhere.
