When I went to see Maureen to let her know that it was time....she remembered me from our previous meeting years prior! After a few months of changing my mind as to what I wanted to do with my floor I finally made up my mind. If I was Maureen I would have thought, "Oh God here he comes again" when I walked into the store. After Maureen came to my place and did all the measuring she emailed me a quote the next day and thanked me for allowing her to come to my home. ice.Really? No need to thank me but thats so nice! She walked me through the install process with their counterparts Windmill Flooring and I have to say the two day install all be it a little stressful for my 4 paw wonder was pretty much flawless. My career has, and still is based on customer service which seems to be disappearing these days but if Maureen is a reflection on the rest of your staff then you guys arent going anywhere anytime soon! Big shout out to Hamid from Windmill your an amazing guy....you were amazing and also had a great suggestion as to what to do to comfort my cat while doing the baseboard install. They work very closely with insurance, and nowhere in their information pamphlet does it say we believe in treating our customer with respect and dignity, or we believe customer service is top priority , or something along those lines.They will however give you attitude and will make every excuse in telling you why they are right and you are not. It reflects the type of business and the direction of this company. The only time they mention anything about the customer is when they find out what your insurance will allow or before any work can begin payment is required in full. That's when they pay attention to you. Greedy people" gimme gimme my money", how pathetic. This is how you've built your business. Does your business reputation require you to call your clients out on their honesty and integrity, after all we were referred to you and all we wanted was a quote for extra work which we got only after you brought my wife to tears. A truly sweet person who would do almost anything for anyone, well we would like to thank you for making our lives miserable and sullying our character. Proving once again that there are not nice people in the service industry. All I can say is customer beware.

It would be nice if they had air conditioning in their business, you have to run up and down the…read morestairs to get the cost of carpet you find, it's ridiculous. Now we have to wait 5-10 weeks to have it installed! If there was another place to have this done, we would go to the other place in a second. With the cost of everything we shouldn't have to wait so long, and we may not even need the carpet by the time they can install it.

The price was a little on the higher end but absolutely worth it. They did not cut corners and levelled the entire floor correctly. The trims they added looked great, and overall the craftsmanship and work was top notch ! Overall we are extremely happy with our new floors thanks to Reza and his team.
