This is a very interesting ice cream/boba spot…read more It's actually a pretty small shop, but there are a few bar stools and bar table (6 in total, I believe). Upon entering, there is a table with an ordering menu that you fill out for the ice cream. There are no cones and no "parlor" for ice cream- only written options. The standard flavors of vanilla, creamy strawberry and chocolate are available as base choices. There were two "special" flavors of the day that was kona mud pie and another unique option. You can check off on the menu PER item how you want your ice cream in regards to toppings, syrups, in a cup or bubble waffle, single scoop or multiple scoops, etc. Hubby ordered a boba tea that you don't need to fill out on the menu sheet. I'm personally not a huge fan of boba, but he enjoyed it. The lime grape boba tea was what he ordered. As for ice cream, we ordered the following combinations: -Red velvet bubble waffle "cone" with kona mud pie ice cream and chocolate syrup - Classic bubble waffle cone with vanilla ice cream, strawberries and rainbow sprinkles - chocolate bubble waffle cone with creamy strawberry, oreo cookie crumbs and chocolate syrup The red velvet and classic bubble waffle were my favorite. The creamy strawberry ice cream was really good but the other flavors were on the sweet side- no additional toppings were necessary- in fact, I think it was overkill (though beautiful in presentation. I would probably come here again with the kids, but these are a little challenging to eat, in all honesty. The bubble waffle as a cone is nice, but not sturdy. The ice cream is nice, though options of flavor are limited. The ordering process is a little tedious when ordering multiple items, but it's understandable in order to get each one right. Cool stop if you're in the area. We walked there from Whole Foods Kailua main road (back) entrance.

The space itself has a fresh vibe with a wonderful open-window concept so you get the full Hawaiian air experience with every single spoonful. Parking - metered street parking. The single-handed staff was incredibly patient and welcoming. She never rushed our group of 4 and happily let us sample all the flavors we needed until we found the right match. I ended up getting a split single scoop of Ube Crush (real ube with Philippine polvoron shortbread cookie crumbles) and Mango Sticky Rice (local mangoes with a rich rice coconut cream, and bonus that it's vegan and gluten-free!). Combining the two in one cup was the absolute perfect decision--the rich, crumbly texture of the ube polvoron balanced out the tropical, silky sweetness of the mango sticky rice so well. Outstanding service, fun vibe, and unique flavors. They definitely live up to their name because we will 100% be coming back before we return to the mainland.

The girl that was working there was very nice and let us sample a few items. We decided to do a triple threat, lol. Flavors: -Ube - 10/10- it tasted just like ube, but better. This flavor was so yummy and just the right sweetness -mango- 10/10 - this had chunks of dried mango. It also tasted just like mango and it was delicious -honey dew - 10/10 - had Mochi on it and it was mild, but the taste of honey dew. It was refreshing! We literally ate the whole thing! This triple scoop was huge and it was hard to stop eating it cuz it was so incredibly delicious! The girl told me that their ice cream was voted the best in Oahu. The flavor and texture of the ice cream was so yummy that it tasted savory at the same time. We were literally chewing this ice cream. The best ice cream I had in Hawaii!!! We will be back!

The store is pretty big, plenty of seating but I don't recommend using the bathroom which is outside the store, through a sketchy hallway and it wasn't clean at all. Other than that, the ice cream is delicious and would come back again to try different flavors. They are open every day from 10am - 7pm

Located on Uluniu Street in the heart on Kailua town. As you approach you will see some outdoor seating. Look for street parking near the restaurant. This local- Asian fusion bar feels like you're walking in to a friend's home. The staff is so welcoming and the place is full of good vibes. Everyone seems to be having so much fun here- which is likely from the amazing food. The menu offers so many options it has something for everyone including vegans. The comfort food favorites flavors are elevated to perfection to unique favorites like the fried butterfish that I could not stop eating. The sushi is seasonal and fresh I do recommend trying one of the boxes and down it with a good bottle of Sake. I find myself coming back to try more items and leave feeling full from the good portions. I will be trying their lunch time curry and will add pics. This is now one of my go-to spots. You have to try this place!

It's a comfy, cozy Japanese restaurant that's great for families or even a date night. I also love their teishokus which you can choose 2-3 choices. I ordered the miso butterfish combo and chose the teriyaki chicken and shrimp tempura. So much food!! I couldn't finish it lol. They also offer an awesome kids' menu that I would even order from because they have a pretty good one. My daughter loved their kid's ramen and was scarfing down the noodles. My husband also enjoyed his meal and raved about the food. Staff was very friendly and accommodating with a baby which is a huge plus! They have an awesome tempura ice cream dessert that looked good but we were to full so we'll have to try it next time! They are also doing a curry takeout special during the week which sound really good. If I'm ever in Kailua, I'll have to try their curry.
