I've been getting my eyebrows threaded at a few different places around the city for the last couple of years, this was by far the best. Almost every other place I've gone to has taken way too much off, despite me telling them I wanted a fuller look to frame my face. The therapist took great detail in explaining the differences in each brow and told me as I'm so fair it could take 2 years for me to achieve the look I want without having to use pencil and powder to fill. Not sure if this was an upsell technique but I appreciated the honesty! She was very careful to remove the bare minimum whilst trying to make them even. Although it's more expensive than a lot of other places I was absolutely delighted with the results, I felt like she really listed to what I wanted and my face looked so different afterwards, being properly framed. I made my follow up appointment on the spot and was given a loyalty card- not sure what exactly this entitles me to. I met a friend for lunch afterwards and even though I was wearing less make up than usual she commented on how well I looked which I definitely think was down to the eyebrows!

So it was good! they seem to have lots of different products on sale in here too so that you can try some of what they do at home. its in a busy part of the shopping centre(isupposeits all busy though!) and there are always people walking behind you but i have found tht to be the sameas most other nail places so no points lost there really.

Twice I had to stop her from just painting over the cotton fluff she left behind when she took off my existing nail varnish, and she left the job looking very untidy, even after I asked her to clean up more of the colour that she left on my cuticles. To be honest I would do a better job myself and I'll probably just clean this all off and start from scratch.

I bought a voucher two weeks ago, a half day pamper package in Firenze Clinica…read more I went with a friend who bought the same voucher, and i took my 6 months old baby who was fast asleep in his carseat with me, as it was so hard for me to leave him for two and a half hours, but unfortunately the receptionist refused to let him inside and she was extremely rude, i said it's not stated in the voucher nor on their website, and he can't even walk!! She even refused to reschedule and luckily i got a refund from pigspack!! I went to Dundrum shopping centre waiting for my friend to finish and went back at 7pm to pick her up and again the woman on front desk refused to let me wait inside in the perception room!!!!!! because it's not a place for a baby!! I again couldn't believe what i heard she asked me to leave and wait outside in the cold with a baby who didnt make a sound!! I was shocked and appalled and extremely angrt with the way I've been treated, these people have no idea what customer survice is!! I am still shocked of the way she treated us me and a baby she couldn't stand to be in the same room with!!! I booked this voucher after going through a hard pregnancy and postnatal depression trying to take care of myself. Instead i went home feeling down, so angry and humiliated. What a disgraceful personality!
