Had 2 hours worth of treatments by Georgia absolutely amazing from start to finish! Highly recommend this salon.

I bought a voucher two weeks ago, a half day pamper package in Firenze Clinica. I went with a friend who bought the same voucher, and i took my 6 months old baby who was fast asleep in his carseat with me, as it was so hard for me to leave him for two and a half hours, but unfortunately the receptionist refused to let him inside and she was extremely rude, i said it's not stated in the voucher nor on their website, and he can't even walk!! She even refused to reschedule and luckily i got a refund from pigspack!! I went to Dundrum shopping centre waiting for my friend to finish and went back at 7pm to pick her up and again the woman on front desk refused to let me wait inside in the perception room!!!!!! because it's not a place for a baby!! I again couldn't believe what i heard she asked me to leave and wait outside in the cold with a baby who didnt make a sound!! I was shocked and appalled and extremely angrt with the way I've been treated, these people have no idea what customer survice is!! I am still shocked of the way she treated us me and a baby she couldn't stand to be in the same room with!!! I booked this voucher after going through a hard pregnancy and postnatal depression trying to take care of myself. Instead i went home feeling down, so angry and humiliated. This beauty salon, run by former YSL model Hanna Jacobs, only opened in September 2014 but is already booked up weeks in advance. What is so special about them, you ask me? Well, I think it might be their signature treatment: the Botox facial. The whaaaaat??? Yes, the Botox facial. No needles needed. I book a package deal with body brush, back/ neck massage, jet peel and the facial. The body brush was ok, to be honest it went on for too long and my skin got a bit sensitive to the bristles towards the end. The massage was only meh also. I wasn't asked about any areas that may need focus on or avoidance, the pressure was just whatever the therapist decided to apply. Not great all. Then the facial part. My face was cleansed with a product that smelled of coconuts. The the jet peel got rid of dead skin using high air/water pressure. Prepare to get wet. Very wet. Although she tried to cover my hair, I had water everywhere including my ears. After the peel, a cream of unknown origin was applied and worked into the skin using a small tool. Then, the Botox part started. Little electric impulses where sent through my skin from jaw line up to hairline and back down. Painless in some areas, quite painful around the teeth. I felt the muscles twitching so it definitely did something. This was followed by a mask and a vitamin C serum which from their own range that's developed in Switzerland with a (apparently famous) surgeon who's identity remains unknown. The serum is for sale for just under 50Euro in the salon, all other products can be ordered off their website. It is recommended to get the facial done every couple of months and to maintain the results with the serum. I definitely saw a difference in the appearance of lines but then again, any good facial puts moisture back into the skin to smooth out fine lines. read more

A very disappointing experience. The massage was very basic with little or no pressure, the body scrub was ok. The therapist had her phone charging in the room and it kept beeping. The facial again was basic and after applying the mask the therapist sat in the room bedside me with no interaction for over 20 minutes!! I think she was on her phone but can't be sure as she had cotton pads on my eyes. Turns out she was waiting on the equipment from the therapist next door to do the jet peel. This was also a let down. Don't waste your money. Sounds fab but really depends on the therapist you are lucky or unlucky to get. read more

Horrendous salon with very poorly trained staff, which is not at all surprising when you dare to raise any issues with Hanna the manager who is even more discourteous than her staff if you have the audacity to draw her attention to your disappointing experience. Rather than take on board a customer's feedback like a professional, Hanna immediately goes on the offensive, projecting her salon's many short-comings on you, her customer. Avoid at all costs! There's a reason that they have all their treatments on non-stop price promotions as I can't imagine anyone in the right mind would return here and pay full price once they've been exposed to their first poor experience at Firenze Clinica. read more

We booked a half day pamper package. This consisted of being taken into the treatment room at 12.15 pm and finishing at 2pm! We had a reasonable facial followed by a mediocre massage. The male receptionist was not very welcoming however the therapist was nice. Overall a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this clinic. read more

An utter shambles. Avoid at all costs. Causes stress, gives chills, my 8 year I old grand son could give a better massage, most basic rushed facial, sells creams that do not meet the legal requirements of the EU and Ireland. Management and offhand. The treatment room was freezing so much so that I'd got so cold I had to go to bed for an hour when I got home. There wasn't a chair to sit on to remove shoes or boots. My bag had to go on the ground! There was no hanger for clothes just a peg on the back of a door. I had what they called an holistic massage. It was actually little more than a rub around of my surface skin with oil. Then there was a facial with supposedly this wonderful 98% of pure vitamin C. The facial was actually basic. Then they tried to sell me the wonderful vitamin C serum. This was about a teaspoon of some powder in a bottle that they would then fill with the great activator "water". There is no pure vitamin C powder other than ascorbic acid and when mixed with water and exposed to the air it degrades rapidly. There are derived compounds if vitamin C that can act as serums externally. There was no ingredient list, there was no manufacturers registered name and address and there was no use by date all legal requirements in Ireland and the EU since 2004. It is doubtful that these products have been verified by the safety standards authority - another legal requirement. They tried to sell my daughter a used cream!! Again as with the "wonder serum" there was no labelling at all. These products could possibly be dangerous. read more

Truly disappointing! I called the place twice and each time a person who answered the phone (two owners) provided me with contradicting information. Information was misleading and as a result my voucher will expire unused. When I complained the owner directed me to Pamper.ie which issued the voucher but said that this company was in liquidation, so basically wished me luck with getting my money back!! What a rude way to deal with customer! I'm very disappointed and so are my two friends who wanted to book the treatment with me! I'd say it will not be long before Firenze Clinica is in liquidation if they continue treating customers this way instead of providing relaxation treatments!!! read more

Got the summer package which i used last week. It involves a facial and back massage. Pretty lackluster back massage even though she asked me the pressure i preferred but didn't work out any knots in my shoulders. The facial was nice but cant say that i was overwhelmed and at the end she recommended the products that I should use on my skin. The products are labeled firenze so you don't really know what products you are using. I like to do a little research on expensive products before buying so i didn't purchase any because of this. read more

The worst customer service I have received in my life. Extremely rude management who yelled at me down the phone over a mistake they had made. I was really upset over the experience and I would recommend to avoid this place at all costs. read more

Really disappointed with the summer half-day package. It lasted about 1 hour and 45 mins. The massage was fairly week around my neck and back but the therapist really dug in under my ribs as apparently it "helps with digestion". I was sore just under my ribs for almost a week after. The therapist left the room about half way through after telling me she had just got her menstrual cycle. She continued to talk about it after she returned. I felt that simply excusing herself would have been fine. The facial was fine but she spent a lot of time filling out paper work before she began. I had filled out a form with allergies etc beforehand and all the questions she asked me were fairly basic so I don't know why it was necessary to spend time filling out another form before she could begin the facial. The facial was nice but I didn't recognise any of the products used. The room was also really bright and it was hard to relax. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this package. read more
