    Verizon is just a fraud company!! i went to them to start new service for 4 phones. I was told…read morethat they would give me 4 IPhones 15 plus if I signed up that day. they also gave us "free" IPads! they are now charging me for the "free" phones and IPads. I wanted to change the color of my phone after a couple of days. they brought me a different color of phone, charged me about $150 for the difference. I thought that I was getting a different IPhone 15 until I took it to get a new case for it. The young man told me that I had gotten an IPhone 16Plus. I didn't think anything about it until I saw my bill. I was being charged over 1,098 for this phone. This is even after she had tried to get me to buy a 16 plus IPhone. I told her several times that I would get an IPhone 16 pro max if I was going to buy another phone. I didn't want the debt just yet. Yet she gave me the Iphone 16 plus without informing me. It's gets worse! I called the office to explain what had happened. They said that it was too late. That I had had it too long. I kept explaining to them that I had received this phone under false circumstances. I finally talked to a lady that willing to work with me after multiple phone calls. She explained that the agents that I had talked to we're not able or knew how to help. Her name was Terri, who was the first person to try to help me. Terri arranged for me to go to a corporate office to turn in the phone! She said that she would call me at a certain time to explain what was going on. I did as she told me to do.. I went to office and talked to the manager, who flat out told me that it was too late to return. I told him that someone from the head office wanted to talk to him. He said that he would not talk to her nor anyone else. He call the police on me when I tried to tell him that I had a right to be there. The police refused to talk me; told me to leave since he had a right to kick me out of the store. I was pretty traumatized by the whole process! Terri tried to call 4 different managers. None of them answered the phone. My advice is to stay away at all costs! I'm now stuck for 3 years with this company! I would give them a -10 if possible!

    Purchased a washer and dryer unit in 12-2025 and it took them two weeks to deliver it to me since I…read morelive in Pittsburg, TX. So they deliver the units on a Friday afternoon. They bring them into my house and install them in my laundry room. The dolly that they used had rocks stuck to the wheels from my driveway which damaged my flooring. When they leave my house the rocks are still laying on the floor when they leave and they don't bother to clean up their mess or acknowledge the floor damage. Yet they look at me like they want a tip from me after I paid "X" dollars for a delivery charge since I live in Pittsburg. After cleaning up the mess that they left, then I noticed that my floor was damaged. So I started to look at the washer and dryer units to see if they were damaged too. Sure enough, the washing unit had a big scratch across it. So I called Best Buy and reported the issue to them. A claim was initiated through their claim service Sedgwick. When they called me Sedgwick was helpful and proactive in getting the claim rolling along. They had a claims adjuster out to my house by New Year's Eve to look at the damage. When he came into my house I showed him all of the damage to the floor and the washer unit. Explained to him that I had not submitted a separate claim for the washer unit to Best Buy yet. He told me not to worry about that, that he would include it in the claim for the floor and/or submit a new one for me to Best Buy for the washing machine. He took all the pictures that he needed and I sent him the floor plans of the house as he requested. As he was leaving and I walked him out of my house. He told me not to worry about anything, that he would "cut a work order" and have the repairs done to my house. I was totally happy with that versus having to replace all of my flooring in my home. I remind you that was 12-31-2025. During the couple of months I didn't hear anything from Best Buy or Sedgwick even after sending them a few emails asking them of a status of the claim. Finally on 3-26-2026 Sedgwick called me offering a settlement that was a "low balled figured". I was like "are you serious"!!! I can't get my floor repaired at the amount of money that you're offering me. They told me that you can get more quotes, but basically the offer is what it is and they will not change the offer unless it's drastic quote. I then asked about my washing machine. She told me it was not included. I then asked her why not and explained the conversation between the claims adjuster and myself. She said that he did not have the power to make that statement and should not have made it. My 90 days was over and tough luck basically. She would email Best Buy about the issue. It was damaged during delivery. That I didn't pay for a scratch and dent item, I bought a brand new item, that the Best Buy technicians damaged it just like they damaged my flooring due to their negligence. I informed her that I told her about the issue when I first talked to her when the claim was made and/or one of her other representatives and she told me that she did not remember that. That she was an hourly employee and she gets paid by the hour, she had been on this call to long. She might bring it up with her Supervisor on Tuesday. I just tried to make a claim on the washing machine through Best Buy and their BOT connected me to someone in Guatemala who told me that I only had sixty days to make a claim on the washing machine and that I couldn't make a claim on it now. Even though I bought the extended warranty on the units. I need to buy a new laptop computer now. Take a guess of where I'm not going to buy it from!!! I'll take my money elsewhere from now on.
