the screen on my samsung phone quit working due to a crack on the screen. It was unusable so just replacing it with another phone was out of the question because of everything that was on it. I checked with the kilgore store and they did not have a screen in stock. they checked with the longview store and there was one in stock so I went to longview, and less than 2 hours later I again had a working phone. This shop is outstanding in my book! read more

I couldn't believe the awesome service I received! I am from out of town and wasn't sure my phone was salvageable. However, in less than an hour they did a fantastic job fixing my iPhone XR screen & tuned up my microphone. Great price, exceptionally fast service. Thank you so much. read more

He wasn't even worth 1 star. Absolutely do not take your business here. Bought phone and 2 days later phone quit working was told it had a 30 day warranty. Take phone in and you guessed it!!!...Sarej can't fix it!! Left it for over an hour and now all he's willing to do is send it off for repair so now police have been called by owner. What a worthless place to do business. read more

Does not repair to factory as they claim and will not stand behind their warranty. Threw away 200.00 and recommend everyone to stay away from this scam artist and liar. He is incompetent to work on apple watches. read more

We had an iPhone screen replaced. Within 12 hours the screen cracked on its own due to pressure from incorrect installation. The crack was not even in an area that would crack from a fall. The tech refused to make good on a replacement screen. The replacement which cracked was obviously under pressure as the screen was discolored around the edges. We returned the phone immediately and he said that due to the screen cracking he would not warranty the repair. This is the 2nd and last repair that they will do for us. Incompetent. Arrogant on the phone and rude. read more

Quick service, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. HOWEVER, I had my daughter's shattered i6 screen replaced. It started hanging & getting progressively worse to frozen screen over the next 2 weeks. Bring it back. He sees there's yet another small, hairline crack across bottom. I had not even noticed. He can replace the screen again. Great! A mere 15 minutes later it's done and working perfectly. PROBLEM. Now I owe for another full priced screen replacement. I would never have repaired the small crack--the daughter could have lived with it. The issue was simply that the phone was jacked and working improperly as a result of the initial replacement. Not happy with this go around. read more

I bought a used phone from their store in Henderson and that same day, it was not working properly so I went back the next day and wanted a refund and was told that they do not do refunds and it stated that on the receipt. What good is that when I had already bought it - they should have a sign posted. The guy fixed the problem and I came home and it is still not working properly. Now the guy says it is the service but never had any trouble before so don't go to any cell phone repair store. read more

I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. I called because my phone was shorting out, the screen was going green and then turning off. He told me, emphatically, that it was obviously a problem with the screen and not the phone and he could take care of it for $150 and the problem would be completely resolved. I reiterated to him that he was absolutely positive it was the screen and not the phone because otherwise I'll just make an insurance claim. He confirmed he could fix it 100%. The screen was fixed temporarily and then within a few hours it was doing the same thing, the screen was jiggling, it was selecting things I DID not select and basically doing whatever the phone wanted. I called and told him the problem is worse. He said there would be no refund and he couldn't fix it and did not stand behind his service. Problem will be disputed on the credit card. I will NOT be going back. read more

I have been getting my phone fixed here since 2013 and this is BY FAR the best place in town to get your phone fix. I have had issues with my Galaxy and they have always been able to fix it. I've had my screen cracked and have also had to get a water damaged service for when I had dropped my phone in water. Always works perfectly fine and are reasonable with their prices. I always tell people to come here for ANY problems concerning their phones or tablets. read more

They are super reasonable and after going to another place and having them put a cheap screen on my screen that stopped working A DAY LATER.. There's no way I trust anywhere else but this place! I got my Iphone screen replaced. It was done quickly after dropping it off while I ran some errands. It was reasonably priced and have not had any more problems with my phone ever since. I also bought a charger for my phone and it has lasted me longer than any other charger that I've ever owned. DEFINITELY would recommend anyone to go here! read more
