I have used Village Cleaners since moving to Longview seven years ago and have never been disappointed with their services. Twice weekly, they pick up and drop off your cleaning/laundry at your place of business at no additional charge. I have sent them stained articles of clothing that I thought were ruined because other cleaners had unsuccessfully attempted to clean them. Village Cleaners was able to get the stain out! Occasionally, Village returns clothes to me with a note apologizing that they could not completely remove a stain, but I have not been able to find the stain. Make sure that you sign up for their pick-up/delivery service and get a couple of laundry bags for this purpose. I give Village Cleaners my unhesitating endorsement. read more

I have had 2 incidents where the clothing I drop-off is not returned and they cannot locate it. My friend forgot to remove cash from his pocket in pants and when he picked up pants, the cash was gone. Not happy! read more

Our daughter waited till last minute to decide she didn't want to wear her hoops under her Prom dress. Prom is literally 4 days away! So I got on the phone and started calling places, I'm not originally from here so I was stressed and struggling to get this done for her. The 3rd call I made was to village cleaners. I explained to the young man on the phone I just needed 4 1/2 inches of bottom of my daughters dress. He asked if he could call me back. He called and told me, "they will work to see she has her dress" ! VAN YOU BELIEVE THAT! I started crying because it has been very trying year for our family but this just made it all better. Well, I was expecting to get her dress on Saturday # Noon, but WOULD you believe they called me on Friday and they even pressed her dress at no charge. I have NEVER SEEN ANYONE CARE LIKE THEY DO AT VILLAGE CLEANERS. They are TRULY THE BEST AROUND AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! You won't get better service anywhere else, GUARANTEED! First and last time I use village cleaners. I left 5 shirts to be ironed. I was going to launder them then press, however the manager told me it will be cheaper just to iron them since they were already clean. I went with what she said and when I picked them up, found my charge to be $37. I figured wow this place is expensive, I wonder how much it would have cost me to launder them. I asked the cashier lady and it turns out if I laundered it would've been $20. The manager made me switch my choice to a more expensive alternative, claiming that its cheaper! Worth to mention, my shirts were not folded as requested, had to wait 20 minutes for them to fold. There is other decent cleaners in the area, don't waste your time with this one read more

The shirt I took in to be dry cleaned was given back to me with absolutely nothing done to it. When I pointed out the shirt was still dirty and not dry cleaned they said it was laundered and that to have the shirt dry cleaning cost more. This was irrelevant because the shirt was taken to them specifically to be dry cleaned and clearly had not been washed in any way. They told me they would dry clean the shirt and that it would be available for pickup at noon on Monday(the day I need to leave town). I show up to pick the shirt up and I was told that it would not be ready until 5:00 pm on Tuesday. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they were not there. When I asked what they proposed to do about this problem all they offered was insincere apology. Now I am forced to attempt to find a big and tall store and hope they will have something in my size on my trip before the shirt is needed. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH TIME SENSITIVE IMPORTANT CLOTHES!!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible service. I will not be going here again and will adamantly recommend AGAINST using them to anyone who is looking for a dry cleaner. read more
